Wow! What a book. Coincidently my name is Nathan, and I feel I can somewhat relate to the main character, Nathan. I'm sure you would too. Give it a shot. This thriller novel is amazing. It's got everything from dimensional travel, violin music, intense chases, and a bit of a romantic element. Everyone in the known world should read this. Seriously

'Beyond the Reflection's Edge' had me spellbound from the very beggining! Nathan Shepard led an exciting life traveling aound the world with his parents and his tutor, until everything changed when his mother and Nathan were playing a duet, during his solo his mother mysteriosly dissaperred. Strangly, he discovered both his parents dead in coffins minutes later. Immediaently his tutor, Clara, takes him to a 'safe house' belonging to his father's old college pal, Tony Clark, and his daughter, Kelly. In his room is a strange mirror which reflects what Nathan is thinking and ,when he plays music on his violin, can take them to a diffrent diminsion. Nathen and Kelly areleft to solve the mystery of a mirror which shows future troble, a violin which uncovers hidden voices, and a camera that develops images that weren't really there. This book is a definate must-read. I can't wait to read the next book! Bravo, Mr. Davis!

Beyond the Reflection's Edge is a literary roller coaster that never slowed down. I loved every minute of it. I don't think I will be able to find a book of this caliber anywhere else among the genre. Bryan Davis did a masterful job and I will be eagerly awaiting the sequel.

Bryan Davis has done it again! Beyond the Reflection’s Edge is an incredible tale of fantasy and adventure filled with action, suspense, humor, and the power of love. I loved the captivating way the author blends in music with the story and the mirrors and different dimensions were enchanting. The vivid characters kept me rooting for more and I felt as I was in the story beside Nathan, Kelly, and his parents. It kept me on the edge of my seat until I turned the last page. This is one book that you will not want to miss! I can’t wait to see what other mysteries Bryan Davis has in store during the rest of the series. I recommend it to all teens.

Mr. Davis's complex and brilliant story-lines never cease to amaze me. I have been a fan ever since his first young adult novel, Raising Dragons, and Beyond the Reflection's Edge tops everything he's written thus far! Filled with exciting chases, mysterious characters, and a wonderful Christian theme, BTRE is an amazing book that I would recommend to any young adult. My only caution is that there are occasional discussions which might not be suitable for kids under 15. I read the entire book the day I got it, in just a few hours. It's extremely intense, fast-paced action that will NOT allow you to put the book down. I anxiously await the next book in the series.

Echoes from the Edge is yet another outstanding book by bestselling author Bryan Davis. The way all of Mr. Davis's books are written with such intricacy and depth never ceases to amaze me. From the very first page the reader in plunged into excitement with Nathan, the main character who is left orphaned with just a strange mirror that sees thing that are not really there and his tutor, Clara. For an musician like me, this book is wonderful because the way the author blends music and the different dimensions in wonderfully written. This book contains excitement, drama, friendship, love, loyalty, and a wonderful message. I highly recommend this book to anyone! I have been a huge fan of Mr. Davis since Dragons in our Midst, and this book is certainly not a let down!

I'm a huge fan of all of Bryan Davis's books. They really seem to pull you in and make you feel like you're right there with the characters,watching everything that's going on. And this book is no exception. It's amazing! I was hooked from the very first page until the very last. And now it's driving me crazy waiting on the second book to come out. This is definitely one of the BEST books I have ever read. (And I've read alot!) It has the perfect blend of action,adventure,mystery,humor,love & friendship. I highly recommend this to anyone who's looking for a great book!

I had the great privilege of pre-reading this book. I am not allowed to spoil the surprise, so I will only say that after being enthralled by the world Bryan Davis created in Dragons in Our Midst and expanded upon in Oracles of Fire, I eagerly anticipated his new series, Echoes from the Edge. The characters, like those in his first two series, are realistic, relatable teens that readers of all ages can identify with. I see echoes of myself in Daryl, who constently alludes to and quotes from such favorite fantasies as Lord of the Rings and Narnia, as well as The Wizard of Oz. My good intentions to read only a chapter of Beyond the Reflection's Edge daily evaporated. I read the whole book in less than four hours. The first chapter contained more emotion and action than some books ever reach. From there, the story builds in depth and action to an extraordinary conclusion. Unlike some books, Beyond the Reflection's Edge yields more excitement with each re-reading. I can't wait for the next installment! I highly recommend this books for fans of Narnia, Lord of the Rings, Binding of the Blade, and any other faith-based fantasy. This book is not a cliche, and has an extremely original plot line and characters.

Beyond the Reflection Edge is yet another masterful work that keeps you on the 'edge' of your seat the entire time you are reading it. (Though that won't be long since you will have a hard time putting it down...) You can describe this book with one word—WONDERFUL! It had me guessing even through the very end. A well thought-out plot and believable characters, though what the characters go through are things they never thought possible. This is one book where even before you read the first page you’ll need to buckle your seatbelt and hang on for dear life!
