Gold's Gym Inversion Table

my stepfather has had multiple back and neck problems for years and has been wanting an inversion table for a while. he finally decided to order one and i found this one on the Walmart website for him. He loves it, uses it daily and says it really makes his back and neck looser. he is very impressed with the quality of the product and states "i couldn't even buy the metal and build it for the price i paid for it." he is 6'2" and weighs about 210 lbs. and says it is very sturdy and he feels very safe while on it.

I could not be more pleased with this product. It does everything I wanted it to do and I already have experienced relief from my back pain. I don't know why anyone would need to pay more. I have never had better instructions on putting a product together. If every company could only make the instructions as easy. I would reccommend this product to anyone who experiences a bad back.
A great buy.

This is the second inversion table that we have purchased. The first was over a TV advert and was as it claimed, but more expensive, more trouble assembling, and not nearly as sturdy. Neither did it fold. This table is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have no complaints so far (I have owned this inversion table for a couple of months now).

The inversion table arrived in timely fashion and, though the box was roughed up a bit, all the parts inside were in great condition and well organized. I took my time with assembly, following the instructions. Assembly went smoothly.

The table feels sturdy and stable, though it does have a little wobble when on the carpet, so stay centered when you get on and off the table. Follow the advice for using the table - break yourself in slowly, working to a greater incline and longer times inverted over a one to four week period.

Using the table is helping my lower back by relieving the pressure. I also benefit from the stretching of the muscles in the upper arms and chest.

It is a worthwhile purchase.

Amazingly well built and easy to assemble this Gold's Gym Inversion Table is exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.

Six months ago I had a work related injury I was seen by a Orthopedic , a Neurologist and a Chiropractor whom by the way helped me the most out of all three of them. I had a MRI taken and it showed i had damage to my Cervical and Lumbosacral spine the pain was so intense I couldnt sleep at night couldnt stand or sit long or walk far. After doing some research I purchased this Inveresion table and it turned out to be one of the best things I could have ever done in my life. It is the same thing as Spinal decompression It stretches out your spine and you can actually feel all your discs popping back in place. Its a great product. Drs really dont tell you about these things. All they give you is drugs and pain meds that destroy your stomach. I have 2 herniated discs one
in central C4-5 and other in lumbosacral spine L4-5
plus all bulging discs This table has given me more satisfaction than any thing else im able to sleep at night and am able to resume my normal activities All you have to do is set it up and adjust it to your height and go back and forth very slow on it It has a chain to adjust how far back you can make it go.
ive had it so far about 2 weeks and I love it Its a good sturdy table too compared to the other ones I saw. Just make sure you follow the directions when assembling it .Good Luck

Inexpensive and just as good as much more expensive products. Assembly directions could be better. Nothing to Dislike.

I was diagosed with an L5, S1 bulging disc in August of 2008. My back problem reached its peak two months prior to the initial diagnosis. Since then, I haven't been able to jog, bike, or do any of my usual exercise routines due to this painful back.

Sitting down has been the culprit for this recurring back pain. I sit down in front of my computer the entire day and endure a painful one hour commute back home. My fiance decided to purchase this product for me because he got tired of my complaining everyday about my back.

Three weeks after inversting, I have never felt better since the initial diagnosis. One week after inversion, I stopped taking paid medication at work and before going to bed. Two weeks after inversion, I haven't had any sciatic nerve pinch. Three weeks after inversion, I have been sleeping like a baby and feeling like a million dollars in the morning.

Of course, like with any other therapy, I have been complementing it with swimming, eating healthy, and some core exercises. With the combination, I feel as if I would be able to start jogging again by within two to three months.

This has been the best product I have ever used.
