Gold's Gym Inversion Table

Six months ago I had a work related injury I was seen by a Orthopedic , a Neurologist and a Chiropractor whom by the way helped me the most out of all three of them. I had a MRI taken and it showed i had damage to my Cervical and Lumbosacral spine the pain was so intense I couldnt sleep at night couldnt stand or sit long or walk far. After doing some research I purchased this Inveresion table and it turned out to be one of the best things I could have ever done in my life. It is the same thing as Spinal decompression It stretches out your spine and you can actually feel all your discs popping back in place. Its a great product. Drs really dont tell you about these things. All they give you is drugs and pain meds that destroy your stomach. I have 2 herniated discs one
in central C4-5 and other in lumbosacral spine L4-5
plus all bulging discs This table has given me more satisfaction than any thing else im able to sleep at night and am able to resume my normal activities All you have to do is set it up and adjust it to your height and go back and forth very slow on it It has a chain to adjust how far back you can make it go.
ive had it so far about 2 weeks and I love it Its a good sturdy table too compared to the other ones I saw. Just make sure you follow the directions when assembling it .Good Luck

Inexpensive and just as good as much more expensive products. Assembly directions could be better. Nothing to Dislike.

I was diagosed with an L5, S1 bulging disc in August of 2008. My back problem reached its peak two months prior to the initial diagnosis. Since then, I haven't been able to jog, bike, or do any of my usual exercise routines due to this painful back.

Sitting down has been the culprit for this recurring back pain. I sit down in front of my computer the entire day and endure a painful one hour commute back home. My fiance decided to purchase this product for me because he got tired of my complaining everyday about my back.

Three weeks after inversting, I have never felt better since the initial diagnosis. One week after inversion, I stopped taking paid medication at work and before going to bed. Two weeks after inversion, I haven't had any sciatic nerve pinch. Three weeks after inversion, I have been sleeping like a baby and feeling like a million dollars in the morning.

Of course, like with any other therapy, I have been complementing it with swimming, eating healthy, and some core exercises. With the combination, I feel as if I would be able to start jogging again by within two to three months.

This has been the best product I have ever used.

I wanted to wait until I had used this for a couple of weeks before I wrote a review. On assembly, I put it together myself without too much hassle but it would be better with two people.
Ok, I have suffered from chronic back pain sometimes to the point of being bedridden since a car wreck when I was 16 ( 46 now), I had high hopes for this product and I must say it delivered on all of them. I don't wake up stiff in the mornings anymore, and I have been going through my days pretty much pain free. I am a welder in a factory that makes large farm equipment so I am standing on concrete all day and do heavy lifting all day. I come home and the first thing I do is get on the inversion table for ten minutes, it stretches all the kinks out. Another ten minutes before going to bed and I am good to go. I would recommend this product to anyone. I also don't see that the the tables costing upwards as much as four times what this one costs would do anything more. Don't waste your money on those.

Several have said it was hard to put together but I did not find it that way. Two people would make it easier (and they recommend it), but taking my time and working alone I had it assembled in just under an hour. A socket set helps but not required. I used the ship to store and picked it up there. The package could be packed into something smaller but I have a pickup so it was no problem hauling it home. Due in store was quoted a few weeks out and it was there in three days.

Using it twice a day for about three weeks now and I would say it helps. I have a typical L3/L4, L5/L6 with one going west and the other one south combination that has given me fits for five years now. I have gone through the shots, not ready for the surgery and hanging around a couple of times a day has given me relief. I have no illusion that it will correct it but the Sciatica is gone, the pain that is left has moved to the center of my back and is at a minimum half of what it was. The ankles do take a beating if you do not wear shoes as they suggest.

The back rest is comfortable, and the foot rests have ample padding. It is sturdy and well built. Good item all around.

Easy to assemble. Sturdy design. That is a good thing when you're hangin upside down. I would definitly recommend this product.

took a few minutes to assemble. but the price was great. in just two weeks time my back feels much better. i wish i would have done it sooner.

This is a fine product; sturdy, a good price. I was able to put it together successfully all by myself in about 2 and 1/2 hours.
