Great movie in all... To be watched in the dark or on rainy days. In my opinion it is not the best Harry Potter but comes in a close 2nd to " Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban".

I think the best is "Prisoner of Azkaban", the "Goblet of Fire" is the second best, and the "Order of the phoenix" is the 3rd best. BUT, the upcoming "Half-Blood Prince" if it is as good as the book, that will be the best movie of the series!!

In the very action packed movie based on JK Rowling's Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry, Ron, and Hermione do their best to survive the usual mischief. This time, however, the adult bad guys are really involved now that Voldemort is back. The action in this film is definitely not for the weak hearted. Some of the scenes rival those from previous Potter movies including the acromantula (Aragog) and basillisk scenes. They are very graphic and not suitable for children under 13. I have read all of the books and played all of the video games with my ten year old son, but this movie, like the others, was over his head. It is violent and since children do not view the world as adults do, I would not recommend it for under 13 years old, unless they were able to read and understand the books by themselves. My favorite part is when Harry gets rescued by the Phoenix guard and you get to see Moody on his Chopper broomstick!

Love this movie, action is amazing. You've got to have this for your collection. If you haven't read the books you got to have them all. I for one, love the books as they have more information. Once you start reading them, it takes no time at all to finish. You Cannot put them down. At least I couldn't! LOL I play these movies 4 times a month or more. Just love the characters, the fun and the action.

This movie was very good and you should buy it; however, I would never recommend the 2-disk version because there is nothing on it. The digital copy will not work with an iPod which is a huge mistake, the special features are short and pointless, the extended scenes are short, stupid, and do not belong on a Harry Potter DVD, and last of all this is only in widescreen so people who want the fullscreen version plus the extra features have to buy the 2-disk version and the fullscreen version.

It's Harry Potter! What more can I say... My kids couldn't wait until it came out on video. My only disappointment was that the description didn't say (or I didn't see) that it was in wide-screen. I would have preferred full-screen.
