We needed a chain saw that would cut through railroad ties. This small inexpensive saw did the job. It cut through those railroad ties like they were plywood. I know that the saw will have no trouble cutting oak tree branches. I would definately recommend this product

This chain saw was so easy to use! Starts immediately, stops immediately, and no fumes from gasoline. It made a big trimming job seem like fun.

A very good choice. I needed to cut up branches and it easily cut through 6-8" thick. If you need a chainsaw every once in a while, this is all you need!

This product was recommended by a good friend. I initially had reservatons about dragging around a long electrical cord. Trust me, my concern was without merritt. This electric chain saw proves to be the safest chain saw I've ever used. No starting problems, just squeeze the trigger. No chking problems, just squeeze the trigger. leave go of the trigger it stops real fast. I used it after an ice storm and easily cut 8 - 12 inch tree limbs. McCulloch did a great job designing this tool.
