I purchased this desk for my 12-year-old son. It was VERY easy to assemble, and it looks awesome! Very well made, inexpensive but doesn't look cheap. I'm sure it'll last him on into college ... and beyond! I'd definitely recommend this and other products from Legare.

I read the reviews before buying this desk and must say the product exceeded my expectations. It was ridiculusly easy to put together, looks great, and has plenty of room on the desk top. I needed this for my daughter, who is in a wheelchair. Her legs fit underneath perfectly and now she has a great work station for her computer, paperwork, and makeup. She loves it and so do I!!!!

This desk is amazing... Not only does it look really nice... it assembles in less than 5 minutes! It's sturdy and has a lot of work space for my computer and art supplies, and has a nice color (until i get paint all over it that is) There is a lot of room underneath as well, I have been able to "hide" my sewing machine, portfolios, and small boxes... plus it has shelves for folders, etc. It was definitely worth it. The only problem I had was trying to pick it up with my car... you definitely need a truck! And this sucker is HEAVY!

We were not expecting such a nice product. It is heavy and sturdy. For a desk it meets all expectations. Fits in a small space and the most wonderful things was it goes to gether in less than 10 minutes. It took longer to take it out of the box than to put it together.
It also looks very nice in an office setting.

Just got this desk for school. It completely meets my expectations. Does not look like cheap particle board and only took 5 minutes to assemble- really! Very sturdy and stable and attractive, too. Ample workspace and no annoying keyboard shelf to bump your knees on. Be aware the box is quite heavy, almost 100 lbs.

This desk is made from very solid wood and happened to be perfect for my needs. Assembly only takes minutes, similar to waffle blocks. Product looks much darker than the picture. The look may not be for everyone and there are only a few small shelves and no drawers. But the desk is spacious with plenty of working room at an affordable price.

The desk came in a big, heavy box. Assembly took 5 minutes following the easy-to-follow picture instructions. I opened the big box in the living room & carried the pieces into my room one at a time to assemble it. The parts fit perfectly until I got to the top piece. I had to push in the last fit-in "groove", but it just made it feel more sturdy. It doesn't rock side-to-side like I expected. I love my new desk. The color (cherry) matches my other bedroom furniture perfectly. And, it looks more elegant than some other desks in this price range. A similar no tools required desk sells in a furniture store for a lot more!
