I have enjoyed the use of my chair and am able to sit in it without going numb as I did in other chairs. The back is lower than I expected, but still very comfortable and very supportive. It is smooth on the wheels and extremely smooth on the spin! Great product!

This chair is VERY comfertable. It fits perfectly in the home office we have & is used everyday by 2 people, one of whom is over 200lbs. It holds up well.

I was looking for a office chair to replace a chair that was failing, and wanted something that would last a few years. This chair is wide, and very comfortable, it does not need arms as you can shift a bit and lends itself to use the back as an arm. It could use a bit more padding in the backrest, yet I am considering getting another so I won't have to share.

Not bad at all, good value. I'd like to add that it is large, very large, two of me could fit in it (I'm a medium sized woman). I have a bed pillow that I like to sit on, when centered on the chair seat there are still several inches on either side and lots of room in front. It was easy to put together. I didn't see any mention of the fact that the height is adjustable, that was a pleasant surprise. My only disappointment is the padding, it could be denser although it is not really so bad. Also as far as the appearance goes the bars on the back are the only flaw, and that really isn't so bad either.

I was using a small ottoman to sit at my computor table, usually not for long before my back would start killing me. The first time using this chair, it is so comfortable, sat about 4 hours and still was quite comfortable.
