I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT FOR MY MOM. I HAD BEEN SHOPPING AROUND FOR 1 FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS. I SEARCHED MANY STORES N SITES EVEN THIS ONE BEFORE I REALIZED WHAT CATAGORY IT WAS UNDER. AS ALWAYS WALMART HAS NOT LET ME DOWN GREAT PRODUCT GREAT PRICE. IT WAS ALSO READY FOR P/U AT SITE TO STORE FAIRLY QUICKLY. THANKS I LOVE THIS STORE.

I mainly purchased this to use when taking a shower, as I have a problem with arthritis and am unable to stand for prolonged periods of time. I use this to help me clean myself with the shower while mostly sitting down. (I DID remove the Underbucket and stored for possbile "OTHER" future use) Other than my hips are a (?) little large and a slight "tight" fit sitting down, this chair does a great job in aiding me in my personal hygene. Makes Cleanliness much, much easier.

I actually bought this product for my 80 year old Mother who is having difficulty walking, getting up and down from her toilet and she has bladder problems as well. My Mother uses a walker so she has the Commode next to her bed. She used the Commode the first night I gave it to her so she called me the next morning to tell me how wonderful it was for her not to have to walk all the way to her restroom during the night and she didn't have any bladder accident because the Commode was right there for her to use. She tells me all time how much she depends on the Commode now. I truely recommend this item to anyone who is having any bladder problems and setting it up was a breeze. The height can be adjusted to suit anyone and that is a great asset. Thank You for making such a wonderful product!!!

We bought the first medline commode in December 2007. My Dad put it together from his wheelchair - obviously assembly was easy. My parents use it in the bathroom over the regular commode. It provided a higher seat, and arm support when they needed to stand back up. An infection in the summer of 2008 caused them to need a bedside toilet. We ordered another medline commode. It has been equally useful in the bedroom.

Purchased for an elderly family member and she loves it! Easily adjusted for height. Very stable and durable. The bowl is basically a bucket with lid so it's easy to carry and empty (no chance of spillage on unsteady feet) An added bonus-it's not institutional white. She likes the grey color much better.

We are very satisfied with this commode. My elderly mother had trouble getting off her "low-boy" toilet. We tried a number of seats with built in side rails, but they would not fit on the odd shaped commode. This one works great! We use the commode without the pot and it just sits over her own toilet. Then she is able to use the sturdy rails to get up without assistance.

I had one of these in the hospital. I went on-line in the hospital to order it and it was on my doorstep when I returned home after bilateral hip resurfacing. It was fully assembled which was cool. You can ask your doctor for a prescription and most insurance companies will cover it.
