I bought this roaster to replace another Nesco which was 10 years old. This is the best roaster ever! It does it all.....roasts, bakes, stews, etc. An excellent replacement for the oven in hot weather.

This is our 2nd Nesco roaster with the "non-stick". The size is just great. You don't want the crock roaster. This one browns your food just like in the oven and food tastes great. It is so easy to clean and use. Temp. control can be turned up to brown meats than turned down to 350 if you choose. Love it Love it Love it. I had a hard time finding this again the only ones in the stores were crock inserts. The pan is removable for cleaning. I had to search the internet for my 2nd one. You will love it also.

I love this roaster. I can use it as a mini oven or as a slow cooker. Using it as an oven sure keeps the power bills low, I'm not heating space that I'm not using as you would with a large oven. It's also much larger inside than I expected, I can fit a small 1.5 qt casserole dish inside. Cons...They could have made the lid a little more durable, it feels very flimsy compared to the rest of the roaster. I even had to tighten the nob on the lid before using.

I love this nesco!!!!! I was borrowing my neighbors all the time and decided to buy my own. It's great you could cook anything in it. I love to make soups in it. I put everything in it in the morning and let it slow cook all day. When it's dinner time all we have to do is take off the lid and start eating. It's perfect for a family of four and you even have some leftovers for the next day

I bought this roaster as an alternative to the larger ones, because there are only two of us. I use it all the time. It's a great size for a small turkey breast or roast, and does a fantastic job. I'm not much of a cook, but I hardley ever mess anything up in this. Plus I don't have to tie up the oven. I have company quite a bit, and it has also served as a way to keep food warm all night without overcooking it. I like that you can choose the exact temp. I've had several people pick one up after seeing mine, and they love it too. I wouldn't normally care about a kitchen appliance, but this one is worth every penny.I will definitly replace it if it ever wears out.

i saw this product when my cousin brought it with something in it for thanksgiving. i really liked it, and looked to find it. It has so far met all my expectations, cooks great like a big roaster only much more useful for everyday use!

Being able to set the temp you want is a big plus. It puts you in charge. It also heats from the sides like a crock pot. The removable no stick insert washes up in a snap.
