Baby Einstein - Discover and Play Activity Center

The one reason we got this one over other, cheaper versions, was it says it helps the child learn bilingual words. it has 5 animal buttons, and when you push them, they make the animal sound, say the name in English, then in Spanish, then play a song. The problem is the words are so soft spoken and far too fast, it took us a dozen times to understand them. That's hardly going to teach a child words. Overall, more hype than it's worth. The toys are cute, but it's far overpriced comparatively.

I purchased this product when my son was 5 months and at first he was very into it but after the 1st day he would stay in there maybe 10 mins before he pitched a fit. He is now almost 7 months and he loves it:) It is great when I need to get things done around the house because it is very easy to move from room to room. When we go outside he can stay in there for an hour and not fuss at all. He looves to be outside. The only thing is it has a little mirrir book and he was able to take it off and I try to put it back on and he keeps taking it off so I just stopped putting it on. We have just ordered a walker so he can get around now but I will probably leave this one at grandmas so he can continue to use it. This is by far one of the best toys he's had.

My son played for hours in his exersaucer. He was 6 months old and knew exactly how many times to press the button to play the music and he would dance away. It allowed me to get dishes and laundry done a lot more easily. I could easily move the exersacuer from room to room depending on where I would be working and he always welcomed being put into the exersaucer. I plan to get it our and use it again when our next baby gets old enough.

this toy was nice and bright and my son loved to sit in it and grasp at all the activities. the flaws i found were that the noises on it are veryfaint, barely able to hear, and there are no lights to draw babys attention..therefor hisfun filled moments in the exerciser were short lived.

I absolutely love this product. The Baby Einstein products have proved again to be the best. My daughter loves her Discovery Center so much it's sometimes hard to get her out of it. I also love how it aids her in meeting those very crucial developmental milestones. The colors are both beautiful and stimulating without being overwhelming. I also love that it can work for both boys and girls.

My mother bought an evenflo ultrasaucer for my son and he just loves it... Very simple, but also inexpensive. Seeing how much he liked it, I decided to buy an exersaucer for my house. After reading several reviews and looking in stores, I decided to splurge and get this one. Very Dissapointed. My 5 1/2 month old son CANNOT make the seat turn at all. I have to turn it for him when he wants to play with the other toys.. It's even hard for ME to turn it with my hands. The animal sounds are hard to hear, they sound muffled. The teether is barely long enough to reach his mouth, so it just makes him mad. The other toys don't really do anything to keep his interest. Not to mention the little book has to be lined up JUST right to be able to turn the pages, another thing i have to do for him. Anyways, like I said, I love the idea, and it's very cute but i'll put it this way.. My son will stay in the cheaper one for an hour... He won't stay in this one for even 15 minutes before screaming. If I could send it back I would, and get something simpler and SAVE SOME MONEY!

My husband and i recently bought this for our son, who at 4 months old hated to lie down. Even though he is able to sit upright, i did need to put a blanket in back of him to keep him from sliding back.. as the seat to this saucer is very deeply rounded. He seems to enjoy all of the toys equally and is able to spin & play easily with all of the toys except for the book which he isn't able to turn. (I'm sure older babies would have no issue with the book however..)

I would HIGHLY recommend this product especially if you hate those dangerous walkers as much as i do.

I bought this for my 4 month old grandson and he absolutely loves it. It gives my daughter time to do things while he enjoys all the toys. She thanks us all the time.

This product is wonderful at entertaining my 6 month old son for 15 minutes or so. However, there are 3 toys on this entertainer made of fabric that can not be wiped down for easy cleaning. I don't think they should go in the washing machine either. My son, like many babies, puts almost anything in his mouth so these toys have become gross! I had to take them off because I didn't want him to get sick from putting them in his mouth day after day.
