The toaster arrived damaged on the corner, needs better packaging. It is nice looking, a little big. Room for lots of bread. This toaster takes about 15 minutes to actually toast anything, and as there is no door on front the heat pours out. Nice to look at but if you want to toast something buy a different model.

this is a beautiful piece to look at, however if you have no use other than to cook toast or bagels, a lot of your counter space will be wasted. the machine is probably great for commercial use and wonderful for cold mornings since there is no door on this "toaster oven". it is quite pricey, even on clearance--i would have at least expected an optional door for that price. for that reason i never had a chance to use it because i purchased it during the warm season and did not want to heat my house with it. if there was a door on this model, i would have kept it, but without the door the functions are very much limited to a toaster only. additionally, you have no idea of the temperature, but if you're running a deli or restaurant, it should be okay for use, but i unfortunately had to return it, and i continue my search for a toaster oven more appropriate to my needs.

I am sure this product would be great for many people but it did not work for me. I was planning on toasting sandwiches made on Italian bread in it but the openings were just not big enough. And as others have said it did through off a lot of heat. I ended up returning it.

great for every morning you could make the whole family toast at the same time!not big and bulky looking so it looks good in the kitchen
