Garmin nuvi 750 Portable GPS w/ 4.3" Screen, Spoken Street Names, MP3 Player & FM Transmitter

WORKED GREAT ON VACATION, WE FOUND GAS, FOOD, HOTEL WITH EASE. ONLY HAD 1 ISSUE TRYING TO GET TO CONVIENCE STORE - GARMIN SAID CLOSEST ONE WAS 2.1 MILES - DID KNOW IT WAS AS THE CROW FLIES - BECAUSE WE WERE ON ONE PENINSULA AND STORE WAS ON ANOTHER IT WAS ABOUT 12 MILES TO GET THERE. DOESN'T ALWAYS PICK THE QUICKEST OR EASIEST ROOT. OVERALL VERY GOOD, EASY TO USE.

I love this GPS. I have had other Garmins and this has really exceeded my expectations.

Best mix of features and price in a GPS. MP3 player lets you play you favorite music, transmit to the radio and have interupt of music for driving directions. Very easy to operate. Screen is large enough to see easily and yet does not block view of road if mounted on top of dash.

I bought the Garmin Nuvi site to store at Walmart. When I picked it up it responded right away. Aquired the satellites in seconds. Set it to destinations I know to check accuracy. Works like a charm. I purchased a vent mount for use in the car. Works very well. Keeps the unit at eye level without needing it up on the dash. It not only speaks the name of the streets but there is an insert telling you the speed limit on the road you are traveling on.
All and all a great unit.

I bought this GPS after we went on vacation using my husbands (he has the same one.) This GPS is great to use to travel around with my little ones. I never have to worry about getting lost, even in areas we don't know very well. The only complaint I have is that the manual is very limited and does not give much info. But you just have to use trial and error and you can figure it out.

This Garmin 750 does exactly what I want. I ride a motorcycle and like to take the less travled roads. By using Garmin Map Source I can plot my own route and download it into my Garmin 750 and get turn by turn directions of the route I planned. I don't have to rely on the Garmin to choose the route it wants.

I did my homework and picked the Garmin Nuvi 750 for my wife who travels a lot. I am very happy because she is very happy. The thing is quick, the software is intuitive, and it functions very well. I cannot think of any downside. We've had it 2 weeks and I will keep you posted. It's got all but a few of the latest features but at around 170 bucks it is the best value out there. Walmart even beat the online stores that specialize in GPS. Thanks.

The product is great, like everyone else said here. I want to make sure you all know not to use Site to Store for a small item like this. Shipping would be around 3 dollars, and you get the item in less than a week. I used Site to Store because I misread something and thought I'd get it in a week. It was over TWO weeks to get it. When I got the email to go pick it up, the store associates couldn't find it, and I had to go back again the next day. I easily spent more than 3 dollars in gas having to go back a second time for it.

This was my first GPS purchase. Maybe I expected more. I did my research and I decided the nuvi 750 was the best for my purposes. I liked the idea I could tune my FM radio and MP3 files through my radio speaker. I've ordered two of them so far and in both cases the batteries would not maintain a charge. I had ordered an AC charger with my GPS. It would charge overnight and would last about one hour before I would have to put it back on the charger. At first I contacted the tech support and they told me it was because I had not updated my unit at the web site. Did that. Then, it was my charger. Same thing when I charged hooked up to my computer. I gave up. My suggestion is if you buy one - buy from Walmart because you can return it without hassles and order anew. I hope you have better luck.
