This is a great fillet knife. We have had two of the larger ones for years. The blade is incredibly sharp and it will fillet a fish in record time. We love our Rapala knives.

this is a wonderful fillet knife, very appealing to the
to the eye and works as well as it looks. the superflex blade really makes it easy to slide the fillet right off the skin. the knife was super sharp from the factory, I have already cleaned several dozen fish without re-sharpening, very nice product.
