This product is easy to use after a few times and provides you with a lot more meat in a shorter amount of time. Can be used to fillet, remove skin, and final trim. A must have for fishing trips if you are not sure what the fish cleaning house has for a power supply.

WONDERFUL - NO CORD TO MESS WITH!!!! Easy to use at the table - no looking for an outlet or dragging a cord as you cut. Holds a charge. Fits well in the hand and can be used at odd angles to get the best cut.
Getting a second one for someone who used mine and really liked it.
