Was surprised to be able to get unit so fast. It was easy to put together and family enjoys it. The games are very active but love the Wii sports games. Love the active bowling and tennis games.

Everyone said I would never find a Wii for my grandsons birthday. Well they were wrong!!! I went right to my computer, checked with Walmart, was finished in 4 minutes. They people I work with were amazed, after lunch I told them I made my purchase and would have it in plenty of time before the party. Thank you Walmart, once again you came through.

I recently purchased a new Nintendo Wii from Walmart. This is our third unit we have been compelled to gift this item to others. It does not matter what your age is, your home will be filled with laughter and excitement. We are able to spend much family time together playing on our Wii. I purchased the wii because I fell in love with the idea of a video game console paired with games that make me move. I must say that I have a much more romantic expectation for the future of the wii than currently exists with what is out. I love wii sports, legend of Zelda, and the wii fit. Other than that, I'm not really sure there are any other games worth the $50 price tag. The notion of moving around (admittedly sweating at times) while playing virtual tennis, baseball, exercise, is great. There are limitations to the wii games. They are short. They are all very small games (in comparison to Xbox, PS3, PS2.) It would seem that Nintendo sacrificed graphics, and large involved games for the ability to move. But taking into consideration, the demographic of children and families, it is not completely out of line. I would just expect a bit more out of a game that costs the same as some of the other systems larger, more complicated games. However, it was much easier to convince my fiance to get on board with this system as she can also get involved in the gameplay. Overall, the wii is a great system for families that don't want their kids (or husbands) sitting in front of a tv for limitless hours. Play the wii for a bit, then go outside! Enjoy

Bought this for my grandson's birthday and early Christmas present. he was so thrilled. It came with everything he needed to play instantly. he received a few other games from family members. he has had a great time playing this Wii. his 18 yr. old brother begs to play and his 24 year old brother pays him to play. I expect his mom will play once she gets the exercise game. All in all, its great family fun.

More fun than I even imagined. My husband and I are exercising and not even realizing it. It's comical and I make sure to "train" every night. Since then I have purchased the Wii Fit, and it's even more helpful in regards to watching my weight and my BMI.
