BOUGHT THIS IN AUGUST 2009, IT QUIT HEATING IN DECEMBER 2009. THAT IS WHEN WE FOUND THAT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTED FOR WARRANTY WAS "NOT" ANY GOOD AT ALL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

After reading the other reviews I decided to get this for my 93 year old grandfather and his 90 year old wife that can't see well as a gift. They love it! He cooks bacon in it every morning. He takes the turn table out so his bacon pan will fit and it works great!

I was excited when I ordered this microwave and ecstatic when I opened the box!!! You can not see the true beauty of this microwave in a picture. It does exactly what is described by all the other reviewers. My vision is starting to fail me in my young old age, so it is nice to have the female voice talk to me when I don´t have my glasses on. My guests are so delighted when they see this pop of red in my kitchen. The choice of red is tasteful and fun at the same time! You will NOT be disappointed with your purchase. This is a 100 in my book.

Seems to fill all our needs at home. Especially enjoy the "talking part"!! Only disadvantage I see is minimum time for use is 30 seconds so I can not just put something in for less than 30 seconds without having to watch the timer. Every thing else is rated good or better!!!!!

My whole family loves this microwave. When our old one started sparking I was not excited to shop for a new one and took my time looking. When I saw this one with the reviews and price I knew. I replaced a Sharp MW with this *thing.* Great looking but very short on practical functionality as well as being very tinny and cheaply made. The most troubling thing was the lack of a timer that could do less than 30 seconds, something I used all the time on my Sharp. The voice feature is clever but annoying at the same time. Took this MW back and replaced it with a tried and true Sharp.

Mfgr. out of business. No warranty support, parts dept, or customer service.
Aftermarket parts (like the glass turntable) not available anywhere that I could find.
I returned it for an Emerson microwave at the store.

I am impressed. I expected this would be a great buy according to other reviews and they were right! Works like a charm and fits in with my decor. I love the way it talks too! I tell the fam it will also tell me who puts plates inside without covering too! The fact it was on sale for $89 helped as well. I chose the Site-to-store option and recieved an email when it arrived. I picked it up and now its a part of the family!

Gift for in-laws. They love it. We got it for them last Christmas. They wanted a red microwave but the red ones seemed to be made cheaper and burnt up quickly. This one has lasted longer than any of the ones they had in the past. We had to help them program preset buttons. Other than that it's been a great purchase. I want one for myself.

I purchased this little Microwave from the product reviews. I must say I love it...it is just what the reviews said it was I have found it to be accurate, cooks great and very impressed with the size as well as love the talking. It is perfect for a small or large family. I could see why it would be wonderful for the visual impaired. I would recommend this microwave and can't understand why it is on cleareance it is well worth the money.

Absolutely love it...my previous red microwave bit the dust so I went online to locate another red one. I really didn't need the talking feature, but it is nice when trying to do something in low light. The features are extremely easy to use and the 30 second knob is very handy. (You turn the knob to get the exact number of seconds or an odd number of minutes.) You just push the knob for 30 seconds. Setup is easy as the microwave "lady" talks you through it. Have only had it for a couple of weeks, so guessed on durability.

My mother is 100 years old and legally blind and cooks eveerything in the microwave. This microwave is excellent for some one that can't see. It is also so easy for her to understand because at 100 she doesn't always comprehend much. This microwave has been a God sent.

I am so happy with my microwave. Delivery of it was quick and it is a nice size. I love the talking feature with its on or off feature. It is so pretty and cooks great. The only complaint I have is that the glass plate does not rotate at all. Otherwise, best investment I've purchased in a long time.

I really wanted a red microwave and searched the internet and read reviews on this one and 2 others.
As noted by others the reviews on this one were much better, so I ordered it. Glad I did. The color and finish is beautiful. Cannot really speak of the durability as I have only had it a short time and it is replacing one that was 16 years old and still working. The dial is a little different from the usual push pad, but it is easy to work. Overall, I am very pleased.

I am visualoly impaired & have a moderate hearing loss. It Helps in both categories. The turn table getts off its track and I don't know about it. Very HARD to see thru the frosted window. Also, I wish it had volume contro I have to stand next to it to hear it, cant increase volume. I cant rate durability beacase I have used it about a month. So what are you waiting for? buy, buy it!

Beautiful and functional microwave in all aspects. Only thing not 5-stars is I like the voice, my wife doesn't. The red is a candy apple metallic red and the glass is a smoke colored mirror which makes this microwave an absolute show-stopper!!!!! We use it for re-heating and cooking veges. This is a great microwave... I highly recommend!
