The Lexmark X5070 Multifunction Printer combines the abilities of a printer, scanner, copier, and fax. It produces high-quality prints at up to 24 ppm black and 17 ppm color with up to 4800 x 1200 dpi. Character Recognition (OCR) software allows you to easily scan hard copy text documents into a soft copy format. You can get direct photo printing from PictBridge-compatible digital cameras, and create brilliant photos with optional 6-color printing. The Lexmark X5070 Multifunction Printer also features a stand-alone fax with up to 30-page automatic document feeding capabilities.

Very happy with my purchase. It was shipped to my home in less than 6 days for a mear 97 cents. Had it up and running in as few as 10 minutes. Does a fine job with all functions. Sure, there may be better, higher quality machines out there. BUT, for the price, all that it does, I doubt you can do better for an over all machine. I would suggest this machine as a stand alone fax,copy machine also. The option to hook up to a computer is great, but not needed for many of it's features. GREAT BUY.

My printer was delivered on Friday evening, and broken by Monday morning. The screen says for me to clear a carrier jam, but something has detached itself on the inside. I only had the opportunity to scan 3 pictures and print a 15 page syllabus. I was so disappointed. The price was great, but the quality....GARBAGE!!!

Great little printer. If you need a printer that does above average printing,scanning,coping and faxing this printer is for you. If your looking for a printer to make great photo copies than this printer is not. The photo copies are ok but not super but everything else about this printer is very good. When it came time to replace my HP ink cartridges again, I decided to see what it would take to replace my HP k60 with another all in one machine, and I'm glad I did. It cost $68.00 to replace the HP cartridges and only $59.95 to buy a Lexmark 5070 including the ink. The printed pages are of high quality and the Lexmark refill cartridges are at $40.00, reasonable.

Only had the printer a couple of weeks. Great print speed. Easy to use software for scanning. Multipage scan capability makes the process very easy. Haven't tried the fax yet...didn't get it for that function. Great value and I understand cheap ink too. I highly recommend this unit.
