This product is very useful and can be a great educational tool when used for teaching eye and hand coordination as well as dexterity. The programs written for it have been excellent and much fun for use as gifts and personal enjoyment. This particular unit was given as a high school graduation gift and the young man that got it was very ecstatic about receiving it as a gift!

This product is very effective for long car rides. It's amusing at a 5 hour gymnastics meet, and when you're helping babysit at the same meet. My cousin's cousin and i were pictochating practically the entire time and it gave her something to do as well as i. All in all, i would definitely reccomend this product.

I bought a DS for each of my sons and they love them. They especially like the picto-chat feature. You have to limit the time they are allowed to use them or they would spend all day playing. My Boys are 5 and 6 years old and they figured them out easily.

My 8 and 9 year old children love their DS. They come in cool colors and allow my children to send messages to each other, so instead of my children having thier noses in just a video game for hours they are actually sharpening their spelling skills and communicating with each other.

I was an avid Game Boy Advance SP owner, and I thought I would never change to something else. But I took the plunge and bought the Crimson Black Nintendo DS, and would never go back. It is a very sharp-looking Nintendo DS, and I love the game variety you can play on it. I can either play the wonderful Nintendo DS games that are available, or I can play all my Game Boy Advance games on it. I feel I made an excellent investment, and am looking forward to all the fun games I can buy for it. I would definately recommend this product if you are a Ninendo gamer, or would like to be one!
