Not a bad machine. Setup was rather easy except for minor problems connecting the console. The wires were short making the ground connection tough. Overall though the work out features are easy to utilize and the diversity is good. The machine is quiet and appears durable. The machine is utilized several days a week by up to three people and continues to function well. The only technical problem with this machine is that the pulse monitoring is horribly off. Finally the subtle changes with incline and speed make adjusting routines and overcoming plateaus easy. Overall a good bang for the buck

I had the treadmill delivered to my house vs. ship to store, because I had no idea how I would get the machine (weighing 150lbs) from the store to inside my house. I was glad I did!
Opening the box, all the pieces were there, and I managed to assemble the unit in about 1 1/2 hrs with the help of aN adjustable wrench, Phillips head screwdriver and my 7yr old!
The treadmill works great! I have used it about 3 times since, and no problems. I read some reviews prior to buying this model complaining about the motor, etc. But I felt that the price was worth the risk. I have had no problems whatsoever. It is a great value for the $$ It has great workout options, my only complaint would be that the fan is weak. But otherwise, it is fabulous!

I purchased it online, had it shipped to my local Wal-mart, that was great! It was very easy to assemble ( I suggest two people). I have been using it since day one and have not had any problems. If your looking for a low-cost to the point treadmill this it, everything you need, nothing you don't. Love it!

Overall rating fair After over an hour of putting the product together the display didn't work. It was on a Friday evening so I had to wait until Monday for customer service. They sent me a new one but it took another week for it to arrive, so far I'm not a happy camper. The unit is heavy and requires a lot of assembly,lots of screws, fishing the display wire through the upright then discovering the connector was bent. Overall Rating 2 star Value for price 5 star, expectation 1 star, This thing is cheap and will not take much, if you Jog its not for you, I'm an older person with lung problems so it fits my needs, I use it everyday 20 minutes at a time.

I only have been on it once but the belt was not slipping and this machine does support weight up to 275 punds which is a big plus. I will use it more and hope the belt will do its work. It is pretty easy to put together (30-45) minutes depending on your mechanical skill.It looks sleek and I like the hand on measuring of your heart rate. So far this was a very good deal.

Overall I was pretty satisfied with the tredmill, it is nice that it has so many different speeds and inclines but it seems to be a little cheap. It is sturdier than other trdmills that I have been on and the assembly was very east to follow, it took me about 45 minutes. The only complaint I have is about the wirering. When I got the entire thing set up I went otscrew in the ground wire and it was broken. It just seems like it may be a little cheap. The price that I paid for it was not really cheap but for the brand and in comparrison with other prices of workout equiptment these days, it was a reasonalble price and cheaper than it would have been if I had bought it from the actual store. But I am pretty satisfied and can get on it with security in knowning that it will be stable enough to hold me.

I read many reviews before I decided to purchase this particular treadmill. I set it up by myself (with the help of a stool to prop parts on) in under an hour. All pieces were accounted for, well packaged for shipment and the instructions were clear.
Make sure you read the instructions through before beginning. You don't want to have a screw driver in one hand and a part proped up in the other and not understand what you're doing. There are two things to look out for when assembling: 1. be sure not to pinch the wires when assembling the top computer part and 2. purchase a single outlet surge-suppressor to plug the treadmill into. Make sure your wall outlets are grounded in the room your treadmill will be in. (The instructions state this and you should always do what his recommended, so they can't try to void your warranty, if you did everything they recommended.)
There are instructions for how to troubleshoot issues with the computer or the running surface, etc. The fan is wonderful! I didn't expect to use it but I do every time. The whole machine is quiet, sturdy and folds up nicely. I recommend purchasing the "puzzle" gym flooring mats instead of one of those roll-up mats to put under your treadmill. Walmart carries them for about $18 and they are about 1/2 in thick and will help absorb noise if you live in an upper-floor apartment.
Lastly, make sure you purchase the two-year service plan. Print it out and read it! It covers most anything and if you look at it this way: the machine and service plan will run you under $500 and with proper use you will be gaurenteed a working machine for over two years at least. Most gym memberships will run you $30 a month at the least which is $720 for two years! So with a treadmill, you get to work out in the privacy of your own home, will feel obligated to use it since it is taking up space and you invested money into it, and you can choose your music, television and surroundings, which you can't do at a gym.

I initially bought the 550 and took it back due to a sqeak. I decided to go with the 450 because I didn't need the MP3 hook ups. This one compared to the 550 (which is only $100 more) was very disappointing. It was loud, wasn't very cushioned and the fan did not work good at all. Spend a few more dollars to get a better quality, and I recommend the 550.

Since I didn't have alot of money to spend I found this treadmill to be excellent for the cost. It's a heavy item and took about 2 hours to put together....so make sure you have help. I was extremely pleased with all the functions that can be performed and I love the built in fan. I hope to get many years out of this purchase.

Okay, I just bought the treadmill last night and I've already walked 9 miles and burned 1200 calories!!!! The only things that irk me a bit are the pulse monitor (yeah right....) and the fan (not strong enough). I know that the box says it has a cushioned walk, but when you stay on it for 4 hours straight, it don't feel too *cushiony*. Overall, I love my new buddy and I foresee a long and happy future together! *lol*

Didnt get to use it much yet, got it last week and have been sick, but for as much as i did use it, i love it. Very easy and you cant beat the price. My boyfriend put it together in about an hour. Only problem was he tightened a bolt too tight and actually snapped it. Otherwise, everything went well.

After shopping around and researching treadmills, this item seemed the best one out there for the price. It's got a few of those extra little features and it's pretty simple to operate.
My biggest concern when I was ordering the item was assembling it. But, being a 23 year old female I didn't find it too difficult. I started unboxing the item while my fiancee was mowing the yard and by the time he finished I was already halfway done with the assembly. I've assembled other furniture items before but I'm no expert. The most difficult thing for me to do by myself was maneuvering the somewhat heavy base in our confined area (you start off by setting it on one side and assembling parts then flipping it over on the other side to do the same). I will say that from box to set up completely and functioning it took us less than two hours and while the instructions say you will need two people, you really don't, it just makes it a LOT easier! My major piece of advice is to identify the hardware before starting. There are several types of screws and they don't come in individually labeled baggies. I'm not familiar enough that I can look at the size (e.g. 25mm) and find the corresponding screw but found that the hardware drawing/listing is drawn to scale. So by setting the screw on the page you'll find it quick.
Really, the only "complaint" about this item I have is that the fan is for either tall people or people who like to stand right up on the front of the treadmill. I'm 5'2" and the fan isn't very functional for me, but is okay for my fiancee, who is 6'2".

Took several hours to put it together. Had to use a drill to widen the hole for the grounding cord to be screwed in properly.
And it for some reason only turns on when it wants to.
Is severely frustrating, but works like a dream when it actually turns on.
