This bike will definitely challenge you and yeas you'll break a mean sweat! Great work all around. Only issu I had the console would shut off, but if you just call the number on your manual they will send you a new one with in a week. Best investment.

I bought this to replace my old airbike which broke. I love this bike! The tension settings sure give you a workout. I was riding 20-25 miles a day on my old bike, but this bike wears me out after just 5-6 miles, and that's on the lowest setting! I've tried a few of the preset workouts, but they all go up to tension levels that I can barely pedal on, so I'll have to work my way up to them :)
Assembly was fairly easy. I asked my daughter for help twice (to hold wires out of the way from being pinched when attaching the console), but other than that I tackled it alone in about 45 minutes.

I love this bike. I was scared to buy it because I didn't get a good look at the store (it was up high for some reason) Here are things worth noting:
-Install was pretty easy however some screws were a pain to get in but only took about 30-45 minutes . Be careful when putting screws into seat base-i dropped one in the bike. -height is a little rough for shorties. I am 5'1 and shortest setting is a little tall and its tough to get on. My husband is 5'11 and its perfect for him. -heart moniter may not work very well but I don't care too much -MP3 player isn't very loud and you need cord separate. We already had one though so it was ok. I actually think our cord is bad because its not very good on another item. All in all I like the mp3 player feature but I watch tv while using bike -fan is nice. There are 3 fan settings. High, low and 'auto fan'. I like the fan though. It's not too much like some fans can be but its cooling. -Bike is not loud at all and a nice ride -it takes 4 D batteries or you can buy adapter. I bought for 18.88 a generic AC adapter from electronics department. I got the 1300mA one (not sure if the cheaper one would have worked or not. I set it to 6V and + polarity and it works fine. Just make sure you either get this or batteries when you leave store because otherwise you can't use controls.
All in all a great bike. This is as close to gym quality as you can get imo without the price. The cheapest bike they had at a competator was like 400+ and didn't even have electronic controls which I wanted, didn't have drink holder, mp3 player or fan!!!!!!!!

I had been contemplating buying a regular mountain bike, and one of the rear wheel stands that allows you to ride indoors, and then I came across this upright bike! The price is at least $100 cheaper than what I was planning to pay for my other idea! The instructions say that assembly requires 2 people, but I was able to pull it off by myself with no problems in about an hour. I happened to have a universal AC adapter already, so I was off and running in no time! I am 5'10" and my knees come with about 2 inches of the handlebars when I ride.

It is a very nice looking bike.I like it ,because it has wheels to move it around ,a mini fan , and you could plug your I-Pod or MP3 Player in it.It was easy to put together, I did it by myself.The only thing was the seat is to high.I'm 5"3,But I've gotten use to it.Another thing is they should include the adapter and the plug that you need to hear your music.Some Treadmills have it. Well other then that I Love it!! I would recommend it!!

This bike is sturdy, and it will give you a great workout. However, the display monitor is extremely hard to read. Like everyone else I agree the adapter should have been included. But I was able to find one at Radio Shack for just under $22.00. The seat is very comfortable but after 15minutes of an intense workout the seat feels like you are riding on bare metal, and you do not feel any cushion like you did in the beginning of your workout. All in all it is worth the cost, because I am sure that I will burn calories with this bike. I also love the built in personal Trainer- the pre-programmed workouts, and faster/slower light signals.

This bike is definitely worth buying! My husband and I use it every day, for 8 months now, and it is still in perfect working condition. I would recommend this bike to anyone! Two downfalls...1 - it uses up 4 "D" batteries (changed maybe every 2-3 months); otherwise you can buy a plug separately for it and 2 - it was not so easy to put together, but once it's done, it's done! Definitely for you if you need a high quality bike for a much nicer price!

The bike is good and solid, but has two real flaws. First, the handlebars hit your knees when you pedal. I am 6' tall. This can be corrected by reversing the handlebars, but then they are not at best position for your hands. Second, the seat is only adjustable for height. It would be a much better product if the tilt could be adjusted. I use it about three times a week. It rides smoothly and feels strong. Fan is too weak to do much good.

This bike was easy to put together. Didn't take long at all. The price is so much less than we expected and it's just as good as the $500.00 bikes we looked at prior to this purchase. We wouldn't have minded paying more for 3 changes: 1) the power adapter included, 2) a lighted display board and 3) a more powerful fan. Other than that we are very pleased pedalling the pounds away!

This was my first bike purchase and I love it. This bike is very quiet. No need to turn up the volume on the tv when using it. It was very easy to put together. Rather than using four D batteries you can buy a universal AC adapter from the electronics section for less than $20. There's an attachment that fits perfectly. (the polarity is +) Great resistance levels and pre-select workouts. The seat takes some getting used to. Purchased a gel seat from amazon. Waiting to receive it, hope it fits.

After researching a bunch of bikes, I decide to try this one. As for the assembly, WalMart will assemble for FREE, you just have to give them the time they need to get it done. It was worth the wait - 3 days. The bike is solid, so amazingly quiet - the fan is a great touch. The different programs keep it interesting. Another thing, it is not gigantic and bulky - so doesn't take up a bunch of space and is easy to move around. It is so quiet that you can watch TV without having to crank the TV volume way up. The seat is comfortable and all in all, I am very pleased with this purchase.

The bike wasn't to bad to put together, seemed very sturdy, but the main problem was that my knees wouldn't clear the handle bars. I'm 6'4" and it wasn't even close. I wouldn't suggest this bike for anyone over 6'0 tall or will longer legs.

I love this bike. I have used it twice a day for a week now. It has great work outs with lots of levels. I was a little worried about buying it because at the store it was up on a shelf and I couldn't set on it before I bought it, so I came home and read all the reviews on it and decided I would give it a try. (And I'm glad I did) The seat took me a few days to get used but is very comfortable now. It only took my husband about an hour to put it together for me.

Comfortable to sit at; strenghtens the legs. The programs will allow you to exercise at your level and work up for greater strenghth. My husband assembled the bike and it went fairly quickly. No problems encountered. We would reccomend this product. We have in our tv room and enjoy being able to exercise while taking in our favorite programs.

I had been putting off buying a home bike until I came across this model at Walmart and saw that it was priced much lower than what I had been looking at for an upright bike. I was suspcious and doubtful of the quality and durability of the product, in spite of it's Gold's Gym brand, but took a chance. I'm glad I did, because you can't find a better bike for the money. Meets all of my expectations and beyond. Very solid. Quiet. Easy to assemble. Took me an hour. Well crafted frame. Magnetic resistance (no noise). I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for an affordable option to joining a gym. Its very portable, easy to move around the house. Can't beat it!

This bike is really inexpensive, and a joy to ride. For rides over an hour, the seat get's annoying but that's common for any bike. I have 4 cheap batteries in there and they are lasting for a while. Good options for workouts. Oh yea, I'm 6'4", i had to turn the hand supports backwords so I could fit but, no complaints.

After much research I purchased this bike. My son purchased a spin bike from a local gym. Both of us agree that I have the better of the two. His cost more than twice what I paid. Can't say enough good things about it. Oh, I also should mention, I am only 5' 2" and the seat was a tad to tall. My son just drilled one more hole in the adjustment tube and I'm off and running.
