Regalo Hide-Away Bed Rail is the most convenient and longest bed rails available today. The Extra Long Bed Rail gives added security with its length, it is about 56" extra long. Looks nice, sturdy, but seperates the mattress from the box spring too far. HUGE GAP and feels high on that side when you lay down. RETURNED.

Don't but this product. The zipper and netting are of extremely por qualtiy. My zipper broke the very first time during assembly. The other issue is when storing the unti between matresses is that it create a large lump wich can be easily seen and felt. The unit is a very poor design and the reason it is way cheaper than all the other out that is rather obvious. I have since retured the unit for a refund. If you put one on each side of the bed all of these issues are compounded.

This is an excellent device.....I have a medical problem which causes me to toss around in bed very vigorously after falling asleep and sometimes land on the floor. The product was very easy to set in place.....so far so good, *~*

Was excited to get this product for my toddler to start sleeping in a full size bed. Seemed easy enough to put together till my husband started to zip up the cover. It immediately broke. He tried to re-adjust it and when he got the zipper back on it still would not zip up and broke off again. We would have just taken it back from that alone but I am very pregnant with twins and have no desire to wait in line. We decided we would just try to sew it up ourselves. Once we got it on the bed it was easy. It's a good length and the general function works. Just wish the sleeve hadn't been so cheaply made. Snaps or Velcro would have been a better option.

This bedrail is an excellent value. It was a nightmare to put together And the instructions are not very clear. Once it was Assembled it worked very well. We have it on our king size bed for our little Co sleeper And the size is perfect. It is very sturdy and nonmoving. It is a little difficult to slide under the bed, sometimes the latches get stuck But overall I would purchase it again.

Our son has 4 years old and still need protection to avoid his fall off the bed. The Regalo attend very well that. Were easy to built.the olnly thing that is not perfect is that when we put back under the matress , it stucks on the matress, making harder put back. Overall is very good, our boy is safe, even when he bumps on the regalo!!!

Once installed... Kept moving, did not
Stay in place! We are using this rail for my grandmother - when u push the rail down it moves the whole set up! And a twin mattress isnt heavy enough to support the rail

the bed railing is not hard to assemble. you will need a second pair of hands to put the cover on (it is very snug). So tight the zipper busted!!
I ordered a second one (This one site to strore). Got refund (minus shipping) and took second one home. the cover had a hole in it.
then the option to store railing under bed- it slides the rails under mattress apart and leaves a gap between the matress and the railing.
Returned to store for refund.

I didn't fully understand how to lay the sides down so bent them on one side and had to order a replacment piece. Otherwise I like the rails and it kept my Grandson from falling out bed

I was hoping to use this on a day bed, on which I have only a mattress, as they day bed has springs to support the mattress. The way the rail is constructed, however, there is no way for me to attach it without mangling the mattress and having the rail slope in toward the bed. If you have a foundation or box spring to use with the mattress and this rail, it's probably fine. But don't try to use it without - it will just be frustrating to set up and never quite satisfactory.

We ordered this bed rail for our 20 month old son who is getting ready to transition into his "big boy bed". It just arrived today and he was SO excited to help us put it together so that he can finally sleep in his twin bed instead of his crib... But that's not happening tonight! It looked great as we were putting it together- until we put the white cover on it. (which feels super cheap by the way) The zipper completely broke off on the first try! It's so cheap that the dang thing even bent from just trying to zip it up! LOL My son isn't very happy that I had to tell him that he has to sleep in his crib again tonight until we can buy a new bed rail that's better quality. An upset child and a mad mommy is not what I wanted to deal with today! I'd recommend spending a bit more money to get a higher quality one. Looks like this mommy needs to run to Walmart and RETURN it!

This does exactly what I needed it to do! I have a 16 month old daughter that I moved to a queen size bed because she has a little sister on the way! The only resaon I gave it 4 stars was because its not made for a platform bed which I have. We made it work though. We laid 2 boxes that we flattened out underneath the mattress so the straps wouldnt slide between the wood slates. Shes rough with it just like any little kid would be. She will hold it while she bounces on the bed and pull on it but it doesn't go anywhere and stays in place! It took me about 20mins to put together and another 10mins to put on the bed with the help from my bf. I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews but SO GLAD I went and bought it! :)

This bed rail works perfectly--even on a king-sized bed! I scanned over the instructions, and it only took a few minutes to put together. It did require 2 people to actually put on the bed, but it was still relatively easy. Would definitely recommend!

Bed rail nice and long, fits secure. It took me a while to figure out the left and right pieces, I wish they had been marked. You definitely need help moving the mattress to get the bed rail secure. Happy with the item, but it is a little expensive.
