Love this Manual, 11/05/2009

It gets the job done. I use it when I'm away from my baby for more than a couple of hours. It pumps pretty fast for a manual and I can control the pressure and duration. Love this pump!

Gotta have it!, 11/05/2009
By chellebelle108
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 5 out of 5

All the other good reviews are right! This manual pump works great. When my milk is in I can pump 4 oz. in about 10 min. It's very comfortable and easy to store in the diaper bag. I was trying to decide which electric pump to get when a friend suggested that I try a manual one first and see if that did the job. (I only pump one to two times a day if that) This pump has proved to be the answer to what I was looking for and I have yet to want or need an electric one. The best results come when your milk lets down and you have something to pump...of course.

Review 3 for Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump

i love this manual pump, 10/27/2009
By JSummers08, TN
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 5 out of 5

i know that sounds crazy to love a manual pump but as soon as i got use to using this it is so easy to use and way easier and faster to pump one breast than with a manual. however i do recommed the double electric lansinoh pump to pump both breasts. i own both and use them regularly depending on if i need to pump just one breast or both. we just recently went on a long trip and i used the manual to pump our 3 month old a bottle for the ride while my husband was driving.

Review 4 for Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump

Worth Every Penny!, 10/19/2009
By WorkingOHmom, OHIO
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 5 out of 5

After reading positive reviews about this product, I purchased it and am SO HAPPY I did! It works great and from the very start I could get more milk out of this single hand pump than the hospital pump I was using! I get an easy 5 ounces in 10 min. (It also depends how often between pumps/feedings you are measuring ounces). I ended up purchasing a second one so I could "double pump". My hands never get tired, the handles sometimes squeak (like if I don't get all the parts totally dry first). I even happened to try a Medela pump and it only worked for 2 weeks! HORRIBLE!!! I have been using my pumps for 10 weeks daily and sometimes multiple times a day. I never have a problem. I HIGHLY recommend this product! (I hate all the tubing of an electric pump and don't like the feeling of being attached to the machine. I can breastfeed and pump at the same time too - works great in the morning getting ready for work!) Works well for travel too. LOVE IT!

Very Satisfied!, 10/18/2009
By NewMommyKJ2009
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 5 out of 5

This was my first time ever using a breast pump and it was so easy! I had heard people saying to buy electric because the manuals are so much work and I found that to be totally not true. It was very easy to set up after looking at the manual once. Then using it was so easy as well! I had no problems with it and would definitely recommend it!

Affordable and Easy to use!, 10/04/2009
By spinky
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 5 out of 5

I bought this breast pump after reading the reviews it received before I delivered, plus the price was in my budget. I've been using it for a week so far and it is great. Very simple and easy to use. I was given another manual breast pump for free from the hospital and it was so hard on my arms to pump. I would recommend this manual breast pump to my family and friends. Love it!

This is a really good manual pump. It works really well. It's easy to use and doesn't hurt at all. Easy to put together and clean. Has a really good price too. I recommend this pump to anyone who wants to use a manual pump. I've been told that the Lansinoh Electric pump is really good too for the electric type.

Review 10 for Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump

Great Pump For The Price, 07/21/2009
By LoveMyOlive, Washington, PA
Overall Rating: 4 out of 5 4 out of 5

I hated this product at first, but you have to learn to use the product and the best time of the day to pump. I love this pump now as it is easy to clean, assemble and I can pump more then 5 ounces in less then 30 minutes. The only thing that I hate is that sometimes it will squeak when you are pumping which is annoying when I am trying to pump at 5 or 6am while everyone is sleeping :). I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is just pumping one or two times a day to store milk, increase milk supply, etc. Just be patient with the pump and relax and the milk will come.

Review 11 for Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump

AWESOME PUMP!, 07/21/2009
By an anonymous customer, RI
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 5 out of 5

I just had my 4th child two months ago so I've gone through quite a few pumps over the years - Evenflo, Avent, Gerber, Medela Harmony - and I have to say, this Lansinoh manual pump has been the best so far! The Medela Harmony manual pump was great for a little while and then it lost it suction. I even went out and purchased replacement parts for it and I never found the cause of the loss of suction.

I bought this pump figuring it was only $35 or so dollars so I'd give it a try. First thing I liked was how they provide a couple extra parts right in the box for you of almost every part so you don't have to run to the store or contact their Customer Service if you lose a part or if it breaks. It assembles quick and easy, is dishwasher safe, and has nice suction. I've pumped over 5oz easily in about 20 minutes or so. I exclusively breastfeed with this baby so I only pump a few times a week if I get engorged or to pump out baby's "leftovers" to keep my supply up and save for a rainy day. It hasn't let me down yet!!

Review 12 for Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump

Great pump!, 07/11/2009
By IllinoisMommy, Quincy, IL.
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 5 out of 5

I have an electric pump in style and another mini electric pump that don't come close to this little $35 pump. This is just great. High quality parts, soft shells, waaaay softer than pump in style. You control the suction. Easy to put together. Just a great product. It's small and lightweight and I though seemed a little expensive for what you got, but once you see it and the quality, you will realize it's a great value. Beats paying for formula any day! I could see this being used occasionally like I do, or everyday. Lansinoh is an exceptional company and I have yet to try a product of theirs that I did not like.

Although this product looked quite durable, it actually did not work at all. It may have been a bad seal from the factory, but this pump was not worth the money that it is bragged out to be. I would not recomend it to anyone.

Great for the price!, 06/14/2009
By akb26
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 5 out of 5

This was my first purchase of a breast pump. Since this was my first child and I wasn't sure if breast feeding would work out, I didn't want to invest a lot of money in a pump. I started using this the day I brought my daughter home and it works great. I nurse everyday at about 99% of her feedings so I only have to use the pump once or twice a day and it's great for that. It's easy to use and easy to clean.

I've been through two electric pumps before buying this pump. The electric pumps just don't measure up. This pump yields twice as much milk in half the time. Definitely worth the money!! Don't waste your money on the electric pumps that suck up batteries (and therefor more money!)! This one is AWESOME!
