The good: a huge screen (seven inches), the internet connection is great, the speakers are highly impressive and definitely loud enough without being distorted, the battery life is sufficient, the on screen keyboard has a great response time, very customizable appearance, the charger comes with a converter so if the user travels to different countries the player can be used, the player can be plugged in to a tv.

The bad: poor response time for web pages (it takes me more than a couple of clicks to access web pages), despite having a wi-fi connection the browser has to be purchased for 30 dollars to access the internet, plug ins have to be purchased for certain video files to be played, despite being flash compatible, some web sites don't show up that need flash access, the hard drive capacity doesn't go a very long way in my experience.

Although this isn't a perfect MP3 player, I'm overall satisfied with it.
