Athletic Works 36" Circuit Trainer Mini Trampoline

I ordered the mini trampoline for days when I can't get enough excercise outdoors, and it fits the bill perfectly. You can get a good workout while watching TV! I have very little storage space, so the small size works well. It does take two people to assemble, as the instructions state - VERY hard to snap open.

Just got it this week and used once seems to be exactly what I thought it would be. Easy to use and follow the DVD for the workout!!

I love my Mini Trampoline! I wasn't too sure how well made this product was going to be because the price was terrific. I live in a upstairs apt. this is perfect for doing cardio when I can't get out. It is made well and easy to set up. I like the dvd that comes with it and like said the price is right. Now go on and get yourself one!

This gives you a great workout!! I think I must be burning more calories than it registers when I jump on it - but I am very pleased w/this product!!

Previous reviewers were right: the bands and the bounce counter are not worth installing. That said, the trampoline seems to be sturdy and just as expected.
Previous reviewers who suggested putting the edge of the trampoline under a heavy sofa for one-person set up--THANK YOU! I would never have been able to set it up without this tip, but it was quite easy this way.
The workout is more vigorous than you might expect from "just bouncing."

I was pleased with this model from the time I bought it last summer until around a month ago, when I noticed I would occasionally hit the ground while bouncing. I turned it over and saw that about 5 of the 30 stretchy straps that tie fabric to frame have frayed apart and no longer function. I called the manufacturer, only to learn that, while the frame itself has a 1-year warranty, all other parts (including the straps) are guaranteed for just 90 days, and that it will cost me $22 to replace the fabric & straps.

So I'm now trying to decide whether to buy the replacement fabric or upgrade to what I hope would be a longer-lasting model.

I'm really disappointed with this product; the trampoline does not absorb any impact. I found it to be like jumping on the ground (I honestly can jump the same height on the ground as on this thing). I used to do gymnastics and if you know what a TumbleTrak is, it's not even half as bouncy as that! I'm 20 and it makes my back hurt! Maybe it's because this trampoline doesn't have springs or because I bought the cheapest ($40) one, but it's really not worth the money. I'm sticking to my backyard trampoline in the summer and going to try to return this to the store. I wanted to use it to flip off of (I know they have to say that's not what it's made for, but I know what I'm doing and have mats) and I get exactly as high as much height off of this as I do off the ground. :( Don't waste your money like I did.

This is a great way to work out, I had one when I lived in the UK and had been looking for an affordable version over here and this doesn't dissapoint. It's easy to put together and feels like you're getting a good workout without straining your joints and half killing you, the way that going for a run does if you're one the heavy side like me.

THIS IS AS GOOD AS MY $99 TRAMPOLINE--ONLY WISH IT HAD A HAND HOLD FOR USER STABILIZATION.
