I've had MANY mp3 players and this one is ABSOLUTELY the best I've ever had so far. It is far superior to ipod. Extremely easy to use, nice interface. Tip: It automatically organizes by artist, in order to create seperate folders or mixes all you have to do is; Each album, select all, right click, properties, click advanced, fill in artist what ever name of your album is, apply, OK - DONE!!! I'm getting my wife one as well. ENJOY.......

Right out of the package I plugged it into my desktop an started loading songs. The ease of use makes me wonder why Ipods are so sought after. Previously owned a Samsung YP-Z5 and loved it, however, this gigabeat highlighted it's many faults. The gigabeat makes navigation a breeze as well as creating playlists. The EQ presets doubled with the earphones help to recreate great sounds. Durable, I've already dropped it numerous times on various surfaces and no noticeable damage, but I wouldn't push my luck.

this is a neat little device that is easy to use, even for a kid. once you figure out the video bit rate, it's easy to add videos to this and the clarity is excellent. the battery seems to last a decent amount of time. just wish it could withstand a dog's tooth :-(

this product is the greatest mp3 player in the world the only thing i dislike is that the videos have to be wmv format....but its alright i would recommend this mp3 for someone who like a good mp3 player with a lot of memory and video

I bought it about 2 days ago and just got it today. It has lots of memory for the price, and doesn't need any hard drive-consuming software to download music, just simple old Windows Media Player. The only thing is that the videos sometimes stick and can't get back to the right spot without restarting the video. Overall I would say it's absolutely worth the money.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about this purchase at first. Never having an MP3 player before, I figured the only way to go was to buy an IPod or maybe a Zune because of their mainstream popularity. I knew Toshiba made high quality electronics equiptment though (writing this with a great Toshiba laptop), and the price on this site was just unbeatable for a 4GB unit so I decided it was a can't lose venture. Admitedly, I've only had it for a day and a half, so i'm sure there are things I still need to learn (like how to get video on it), but I truely haven't been able to put it down. I have put nearly 200 songs on it that would be otherwise imposible to compile via a CD collection. Websites with downloadable songs are easy to navigate and reasonable priced. Download times are very low and problem-free. I was also able to download 150 pictures from my PC in seconds. The 2.4 in. screen seems so much larger than those 1.8 in. screens on other units also. It may not seem like much, but that half inch is alot when it's 30% larger than the others. The color when viewing pictures is remarkable and the differant screens are very easy to navigate. I could just go on and on. My wife originally was against getting a MP3 player that was "new to the game" and wanted me to stick to the overpriced, less user friendly and frankly uglier units but I went with my gut and am not dissapointed with this sexy, credit card shaped little monster. If i can figure out how to get music videos on here, the wifey may not see me for a while! Enjoy...
