THIS IS A GOOD HOME GYM FOR THE PRICE. YES THERE ARE BETTER ONES OUT THERE FOR 2000$, BUT THIS IS A GREAT WORKOUT FOR UNDER 400$. IT TOOK A TOTAL OF 13 HOURS TO ASSEMBLE IT. THATS THE ONLY DOWN SIDE....ITS A VERY DETAILED INSTRUCTION BOOKLET, WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE FACT THAT BOTH OF US CAN WORK OUT AT THE SAME TIME. OURS DIDNT COME WITH ANYTHING TO GREASE THE POLES WITH FOR THE WEIGHTS SO WE USED WD-40 AND IT DID A GEAT JOB. GREAT BUY

This is a great home gym. The flaws are, it is very difficult to assemble takes 11 hours for 2 people. the latches on the leg developer and the assist are not usable - poor design. You cannot use the pullup bars unless your celings are over 11 ft. The positives are the gym is attractive to look at and easy to use. This one machine replaces 10 seprate machines and is upgradable. The price is the best positive. I looked at similar gyms and they costs thousands more. For the few flaws, this is a great buy. I was expecting a flimsy cheap looking gym and this is a sturdy, good looking peice of equipment I will have for many years. The savings in fitness center fees will pay for this gym in 6 months.
