It's terrific, and highly convinient; by not having to go out for bottles of water.

This product works great..the water tastes amazing. BUT the faucet set up ends up lasting only a year and ends up breaking because it is made of plastic. I have gone through 4 of them in 5 years. After awhile they become sink sprinklers, leaking out of the attachment. The warranty only lasts a year now I know why because the system only lasts a year. Then you have to replace them every year at 25-30 dollars a year. Wish it would last longer than a year.

The filter installs easily, and the water tastes good. But you can only use it with cold water, not hot; you have to use the bypass feature for hot water (it's easy to use). That isn't on any advertising or on the box, only on the instructions INSIDE the box. Each time you put in a new filter, you have to run the water for about 5 minutes. That seems a little wasteful to me.

I have purchased 2 of these units. Both leaked horribly. The second one started leaking before the first filter that came with the prodcut was due to be changed. I would not recommend this prodcut to anyone.

When I moved into my new place the water was terrible city water. I know nothing about plumbing and it took me only 3 minutes to install this in my sink WITH NO TOOLS!!! I can finally drink my tap water again!

For those that have hard water this is one way of cleaning that water so that it's clean for drinking and cooking. This is an excellent product that can help you with that goal.

This filtering system did improve the taste of the water.
The only leak that I encountered was located where the unit attached to the faucet, and I was able to eliminate that leak by adding the rubber washer that was supplied with the alternative adaptor fittings to the one already in the fitting which attaches the unit to the faucet. In other words, I used two rubber washers instead of just one. Be careful to get it on straight and to not over-tighten the fitting to avoid stripping the threads.
To give you an idea of the speed of water flow through the filter, it takes me 26 seconds to fill a one-quart bottle. The rate will vary, of course, depending on your water pressure.

It looks fancy, the price is right and it went on smoothly but- the filter that came with the purifier was junk. It was a 2 stage filter. We used it for 3 days and it already had to be replaced. The water flowed extremely slow through it ( and I do have patience) We went out and bought the 3 stage filter, did the replacing and the flow was better, and the water was even clearer than prior filter. It's too bad we had to go out and spend an extra 18 dollars to get a new product to work correctly. That was the only down-fall. Other than that, the water is crystal clear and tastes great!

While the product works well do not expect it to last. Plan on about 3 months and it will be leaking out of every joint imagineable and become useless.
