We use this shop vac for cleaning out our hottub display, its vacuums out the bugs, dust and water when it rains... it beats cleaning with a rag. Hope for years of use.

Purchased this vac to clean alge from the bottom of our pond. Worked really well. Will be getting more attachments to use it around the house and for the car.
Only complaint would be that the hose is VERY flimsy and can kink easy. Maybe you can get one from shop-vac thats stronger!? Besides that, very powerful and not too noisy!

I have owned other, lesser, competitor models of this type of cleaning machine -but- I can already see that this genuine "SHOP VAC" model has already surpassed any & all of my expectation's! :-)
If you own your own home, don't be misled by a lot of those other, lower priced, 'johhny-come-lately' model's and go with the one & only - original "PRO" - SHOP VAC!!!
I ordered this great product online at WALMART.COM & I was completely SATISFIED with all of the stats concerning how my purchase was handled & delivered to me!

A simple solid wet/dry vac that does what it should.
No signs of the switch problems users have mentioned. Have started using a GE Handy Switch in-line to minimize wear and tear on the built-in switch, just in case.
Good sturdy basic design, plenty of power.

This product is everything it claimed to be and more than what I was expecting. I purchased the product to clean out the sump for my sanitation system. Needed something that would provide suction from a more that six feet depth. Performed without hesitation. My spouse wanted the garage floor pressure washed but I was hesitant to do it because I was afraid of all the water I would have to mop up. This was no problem for this shop vac. I am really satified with this product and recommend it highly.

When I purchased this product it was to drain a hottub in the yard, the added advantage of the blower made it a good choice the only down side is that it did not come with the foam filter
