i was skeptical at first about "no tools assembly" thinking it would be cheap and flimsy. but i was totally surprised at the quality of it. it was so quick to assemble and yet so sturdy and durbale. i have it in my 3 yr old son's room, and he enjoys it as well since the shelves are somewhat adjustable.
i highly recommend this book shelf to anyone in need of storage in a small space.

When I first saw the "no tools assembly" I wondered just how this was going to be possible. When this bookcase arrived I opened it and had it put together and stocked with books within 30 minutes. It was like putting together a pre-schoolers 10 piece puzzle. I was wondering when I would use that skill again!

As I'd hoped, I received the Ebony and Wheat colors as shown in the picture (even though the description said espresso.) I received (also as expected) the Legare Select bookcase BCDM-110. This is an excellent price for this piece.
This is my first experience with the Legare furniture and it's nice and solid and definitely easy to assemble. No particle-board, no camlocks.
