This product seems to be working for me. You must follow directions and food eating plan exactly. If you eat too much fat you may have Uncontrollable bowel movements, so stay away from too much fat. Overall, seems to do what it claims.

I am on a weight loss program. The week before I started Alli I lost 1 pound (which is good and what is to be expected). However the next week I lost 2.6 pounds after adding Alli. Be very careful about the fat intake. Keep it around 15 grams per meal. This medication does not benefit those on a very low fat diet. It is still early to say but so far I am happy with it. The educational materials are outstanding. It is obvious that the makers of Alli want to educate and inform, change lifestyles and behaviors, not just provide a pill.

I was extremely weary about trying Alli and did a great deal of research first. I read all about the bad side effects and the people who said it never really worked. I have been taking Alli for 3 weeks and I am down 10 pounds!!!! That to me is worth almost anything.
The evil side effect rumors are very true. The first time I experienced the "evil orange oil" I was quite shocked at how hard it was to control. Since that first time, it has only happened one other time, and now I know that it was a pure reflection on the horrible food I ate that day. Now, I just stick to the "under 15 grams of fat" rule and I have not had any other blow outs. I do regularly have an orange, fatty discharge but it is only when I am already going to the bathroom, not in my underwear or anything. When I first started taking Alli, I was very gassy and felt bloated. After a few days, when my body got used to having the Alli in there, things straightened themselves out. If I do eat high fat content foods, my stomach becomes upset, sometimes uncomfortable, and the gassiness and bloating returns. I feel that the Alli makes me think twice about eating certain things and most of the time I decide against them. I do like that!!! I have also noticed that any type of dairy will give me a great deal more of the "evil orange oil". I now just consume very small amounts of dairy and it was a very easy change to make.
Let me add that I do exercise. Nothing over the top, probably about 30-45 minutes of a cardio based workout 3 or 4 days a week. 10 pounds in 3 weeks was pretty easy. I am more regular now. I just feel better. I would recommend Alli to anyone who needs a little help losing weight. It is not a miracle pill. You have to put in a lot of effort to lose the weight; eat better foods, exercise, hold yourself accountable.

I HAVE TAKEN THIS FOR ABOUT 9 DAYS THUS FAR. I HAVE AVOIDED FAT LIKE IT SAYS AND HAVE NOT YET HAD ANY ADVERSE REACTIONS. WHEN I STARTED, MY WEIGHT WAS 243 AT THE DOCTORS AND 242 AT HOME. MY WEIGHT YESTERDAY EVENING WAS 237. IS IT A FLUKE? I DO NOT KNOW. I WILL CONTINUE WITH THE ENTIRE BOTTLE UNTIL ALMOST EMPTY AND DECIDE WHEN I HAVE ABOUT 12 PILLS LEFT. (YOU TAKE 3 A DAY) THIS SHOULD LEAVE ME ENOUGH TO REORDER FROM WALLY WORLD. I HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL WITH OTHER FORMS OF DIETING. I CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT TO DO, ONLY WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED TO THIS POINT. TO ME THE HARDEST PART SO FAR, IS EATING THREE MEALS A DAY. I NORMALLY EAT ONE TO TWO A DAY. GOOD LUCK IF YOU TRY IT.

Well I have been on ali for about 2 weeks and I have not noticed any changes so far except for the side effects. I had a massive headache for 4 days the whole day! I dont get the headaches anymore but now I am having problems with constipation, while everyone else is pooping in their pants I can hardly go at all but I do plan on finishing the bottle. Trying to give it a chance.

Alli is such a wonderful product. I lost 35 pounds in 9 months. Lost 9 inches around my waist, and went from a size 14 jeans to a size 10. I am in my 40's and it has been so hard to lose the weight but Alli helped me reach my goal weight. I have kept it off for over a year and now just use it when I eat something heavy.

I purchased ali, however had to stop because of bronchitis. Will be starting again tomorrow. I did a google search and found that walmart did have the lowest price for the largest quantity.
I have not had any adverse side affects from taking this product. This product did come with many helpful tools as I begin my new lifestyle.

I really liked this product. I felt like it kept me from slipping up, mostly because I did not want to have a treatment effect, as they call it. But, to my surprise I had the opposite problem. I stopped taking this only because of this. I really wish I could've continued using it, because I was seeing results.

When I tried this product I was doubtful it would work. it did. you need to follow the calorie guidelines but if you do, you will see results. Mine were more inches than weight but I was overjoyed. I tried so many products before this and they never worked. this did. I would definately recommend this to anyone.

This product keeps you on the correct food intake and low fat as you pay dearly with side effects if you eat fatty foods. I have lost 18 pounds already and am now exercising. I have lost it mainly due to eating healthy now. This product will work as well but it certainly helps you eat really healthy. It is not a miracle medicine but if you follow the plan it can not help but work, if your not losing weight and having to much side effects from it then your not changing your eating habits and still consuming way too much fat.

I have been using this for two weeks and have not lost any weight. I am 6'1" and weigh about 245 pounds and have been eating less than 2200 calories and 30 grams of fat per day. I have gotten minimal exercise because of the weather. The directions say for me to eat at the levels that I have been, even more on fat. Definitelynot worth the money.

If you don't exercise it won't work either! For what I have been reading on the reviews some have had great success WITH the exercise part... you can'tr expect this or any diet pill to work by doing "minimal exercise", to me this is sedentary! As with any diet pills or regimen, it is all in the working out process that these so called "diet pills" will work! It's more motivation and dedication that you will go far beyond... Hit the weights, get into an exercise routine, and get healthy!

I have had this product for about a week now. I am using it to supplement my diet because right now I cannot get to the gym very often. It does what it says and blocks the fat from being digested. I cannot believe how well this worked! I dont know if I have lost weight but I know I have not digested the fat! I am soo excited because I can actually see that it does its job!

The concept makes sense and I have been on the program for over two weeks and fo whatever reason have actually gained weight. 5 pounds. I am following it. I have had none of the bad reactions that people fear but as I wrote, I am following this plan. I will try it until the pills run out, but so far I am not impressed
