I have always been an Eagles fan and have always loved their music. This CD set is totally awesome and anything from the Eagles is definitely awesome. They're always #1 in my book. It makes you really appreciate music. I admire these guys for sure.

EAGLES are as hot as they always were....
Voices, instrumentals EXCELLENT!!!
Favorite songs... "How long", "Busy being fabulous!", "What do I do with my heart"
For some who suggested they had changed their style to more of a "country" feel... I disagree.... Country today is equalvalent to the rock of the 60's so teh EAGLES have matured their music to appeal to all.

The Eagles have been a favorite band of mine since I got the first album in 1971. Much has changed since then and much has remained the same. I did not know how much I missed them until I heard their voices in harmony.
This must be the first time in almost 30 years that the Eagles have gotten together for a CD of totally original music. It was great to hear everyone take turns singing the lead. I am glad Glenn Frey and Don Henley put aside their differences to write six songs together. I am curious about the length of the songs. Long Road Out of Eden will never be played on the radio at 10:15 nor will I Dreamed There Was No War at 1:37
I love How Long and am very fond of I Love to Watch a Woman Dance. The rest? I am sure they will grow on me the more I listen to the CD. Only then will I be able to say if this is a must have for true Eagles fans. As for me, I am glad I gave it a try.

This album was very topical. It mostly pertains to love lost or regained, but touches on the issues surrounding us today...war, poverty... I like the album very much because it allows every member of the band to say what they have to say.

The sound is different than past Eagles music, however, it's really nice. Haven't heard a song I didn't like. Although, almost more easy listening than Country/Rock.

I didn't know what to expect from the first Eagles recording in a very long time. While I don't think these new tracks are among the best they have recorded, and none stand out as exceptional as do many of the Eagles hits over the years, several are very good. This 2 CD set is recommended for Eagles fans.

When I first got this cd it was diffrent than I expected but realizing that truly talented people can't play the same thing for 30 years they have to be creative and more on to more challenges. I love the eagles and this cd is a great one. I love it. it took listening it to it. I have bought several as gifts all with great results.
