Overall I was not impressed with the product. When I received it was damaged, so I called the Manufacture to resolve the problem, and they sent new parts to replace the damage ones. The seat back seems a little uncomfortable because the padding is insufficient and the massage bar being up against your back. So I was a little unimpressed with the chair overall. I don't think I would buy this chair again.

I bought this chair as a Christmas present for my husband. I thought it would be more comfortable than the ijoy as it looked more like a regular chair. The problem is, it isn't really a massage chair. It has some type of air bag system. All we felt were air bags being inflated and deflated, no massage, no heat. I'm not sure this chair worked correctly, but it was so bad, I was not willing to gamble on another one. We returned it.
