OK PEOPLE, if ur looking to buy some shoes that are like heelys but a lower price, here they are, BUT the only things different is that the wheels dont come out, AND they have TWO wheels instead of one. WAIT WAIT WAIT, not done. I HAVE HAD THESE SHOES FOR MORE THAN A YEAR!!!!! these are EXCELLENT shoes. but they are SKATES only. u cant walk around in them. i suggest to get ur child 2 pairs of shoes. one to skate in and one to run, walk, jog, etc. in. these are okay but one problem is u need to watch where u use them. dont use them on REALLY rought ground. use them in ur garage or something. i got these and i had a huge garage and the wheels couldve gotten messed up if i used them on the road. so i just use them in my garage.

We bought Spinners for our 6-year-old grandson and 11-year-old grandson. Our Grandson wanted Heelies so we returned his. Our grand daughter is very athletic and has been trying to learn to skate for a couple years. We have tried a couple days now and she is not making any progress on it yet. I would like to know what others think about the ease of use. The shoes are very attractive. The toes scuff easily.

I'm not so happy with these. I guess I expected something a little different. My son is very happy with them cause those are exactly what he wanted but I would have rathered gotten him the ones that the wheels hide in the shoe. I guess it's my fault for not looking into it better. I never knew there were more than one kind of these.

My grandson will go wild when he sees these. They will be competing up there with the Wii he will be getting, just wish the Wii had the same price<g>. Purchased his shoe size, and they seemed to be the same as his regular shoes, so everything seems to be good to go for him.

I was really excited about this product, my son has been wanting Heely's, so I thought this was a good deal since I won't pay what they want for the "real skate shoes". Well, I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" really does hold true sometimes. They are very nice shoes, made well, nice sporty looking, but... the skate wheels do not retract! They are permanently "skates". How practical is that?! I wasn't looking for a pair of roller skates, I thought I was buying "skate SHOES". Oh well, at least I'm not out a whole lot of money and I guess he can find somewhere to where skates. Probably not worth returning with shipping charges and return shipping charges. Oh well lesson learned. You would think though that they would specify this in the item description, now you know...
