My 3yr old picked up the driving part really quickly, he has spent about 2 hours in it total and we have already put it into high gear and he has no problems. It works much better in high gear, but is still pretty good in low. We will see how it holds up over time, but so far it has been a great purchase.

Assembled with relative ease for a childrens toy, although is rather cumbersome, and ended up getting scratched while turned over to put parts on. The traction isn't as good as it says, but overall, doesn't get stuck too often. If you have a very hilly yard don't buy. It gets stuck on the lightest of slopes unless you are in high gear. But all in all, I would recommend, just don't get lulled into thinking it will perform like a hummer off road. Cause it wont.

I bought this truck for my grandson. He is 4 and loves it. It is great for riding on the grass and he loves backing it up. The only thing I would change is for the doors to open. He loves to open and close the door on his wagon and constantly wants the doors to open and close.

My son loves it, had it put together in 15 minutes. We used site to store. It took a little longer that I thought because the tracking info said that it was in a delivery facility 60 miles away from my house for 3.5 days, but oh well. I would suggest that if you do the site to store for this, go to the store and buy an extra battery and have it charged up so you can used it right away when you get, otherwise you need to wait the 18 hours for the initial charge of the battery. All in all, this will last a long time and provide a lot of fun for my son and daughter.

This truck is great. It certainly entertains the kids for hours. Wish I had a larger yard or a field for the kids to ride the truck in. It pulls great through the grass and actually works better if all three kids weigh it down (yes they actually like it so much, all three children try to squeeze in the truck). It costs a pretty penny, but I guess you get what you pay for.

My Son Absolutly loves this truck! He begs to ride it all the time the battery last so long! We all have so much fun taking outside to ride it, the high speed gear is for older more conrtoled kids though, my 3 year old just got the hang out it.. When it was really muddy and he couldnt get much tracktion we put a weight in the tail gate and it worked alot better on the muddy spring days!

My 3 yr old little boy drives this truck through gravel, mud and grass. He absolutely loves it. Occasionally he will get stuck and the back wheels will spin. We found that adding weight to the 'pick up bed' helps to prevent him from getting stuck. I definitely recommend this F150.

My husband and I purchased this product for our 3 year old son's birthday. We chose the "Site to Store" option and saved on shipping. It didn't take us long to assemble it. It took longer for the decals than anything else. I am a bit of a perfectionist! Our son loved it from the moment he laid eyes on it. He drives it almost every single day...on & off road. It has pretty good traction in the grass. Sometimes, it needs a little push. He loves the tailgate! Our only problem has been with the radio. It only gets one station and it has a short in it. So, you can turn it on, but once you hit a bump it goes out. We've called customer service and they suggested we change out the batteries. That wasn't it! So, now we'll have to take it the closest place to get it fixed...it's a hour from our house. It would have been pretty much the perfect gift if the radio would have worked!

My son loves this truck as soon as he convinced me to remove the bolt preventing it from going the maximum speed. I must say that after removing the bolt - the car moves a lot more easily through the backyard and over rough terrain. He loves it and overall a great purchase!

My parents got this for my 2 year old son. He is a little young for this truck right now, but we knew that in a year, he would grow out of the slower models and ask for this so we just went ahead with this. Even though he can't reach the peddles yet, he still thinks it is SO cool that he has a truck and is perfectly happy just sitting in it for now. I was pleasantly surprised to find seat belts inside, which wasn't clear in the ad. Older cousins love this and my son can be a passenger. Very sturdy, well made, cool working radio (tunes in to many religious stations???)

My nephew wanted the little Dodge Viper, but when they were all gone he picked this truck. He loves his truck and looks GREAT in it. He is 4 yrs. old and just a fit, also it will take him to ages 5 and 6. Pretty easy to put together, but buy an extra battery. He doesn't want to wait for recharge. The only down side is doesn't make real truck sounds and the radio batteries run down quick. Buy stock in C batteries!!!

You need 2 people to put it together. But other then that, AWESOME!
My son just turned 3, & I can't keep him out of it. Even if it's raining outside, he still likes to go to the garage & listen to the radio. He also thinks he needs to transport our 2 dogs in it.
I feel like we got what we paid for. & I wouldn't have bought anything else for my son.

We got this for our sons 2nd birthday. He is a bit to small for it, but my 70lb daughter can drive him around and has a lot of room for the both of them in it. When it says it will hold 150lbs. I think it will hold more like 200. My daughter had a bigger friend over today and they got in and road around in it and they loved it. The radio doesn't work as well as they say when you don't live in town but still works well. If you are looking at buying it for your kids go ahead and get it for them.
