Sony 2GB Walkman Video MP3 Player w/ 1.8" Screen, Black, NWZ-S615FBLK

Bought one each for my children, ages 9 and 11 and they love them! Easy to use and easy to load software for downloads.

Bought this for my teenager son and he loves it.
Screen is crystal clear. Easy to download. Probably should upgrade headphones but for the price and quality can not be beat!

I bought one of these Sony MP3 players for my husband and one for me. Have had them a couple of weeks now, and so far, so good. The sound is great. They are very easy to set up and start using. You have to charge them with your computer, but I think I'll check into buying an AC charger. I have "ripped" several of CDs I already owned, and that process is fairly quick and easy. The headphones are a little too large and uncomfortable. That's really the only drawback I've found so far. I haven't tried videos yet, but they also have FM radio, which we both really enjoy as well.

i bought this mp3 player last november for my birthday. it worked pretty well for the first 3 months before it broke. the first thing that happened was it stopped being recognised by my computer (my sister has the same model mp3 player and hers worked fine), therefore i couldnt charge it anymore. so thinking nothing of it, i used it for a few more days and all of the sudden, the titles of the songs, artists, etc turned into a white box and couldnt be fixed. then the next day the screen froze and finally it died. it had no water damage and i hadnt dropped it so i have no idea what went wrong. and i couldnt get it repaired unless i had about $85, which was more than i'd paid for it.

I bought one of those Sony Walkmans and they are totally awesome. worth every penny. very easy to program and has alot of cool functions. LIKE MY FAVORITE IS THE TIME LINE SHUFFLE. WHERE IT SHUFFLES MUSIC FROM A CERTAIN YR AND SHOWS YOU THE YEAR AND THEN PLAYS ALL THE SONGS IN THAT ONE YR.

I was skeptical at first about the quality of this mp3 player, but this a very nice product from Sony. I really like the look, simple, straightforward design. I love the menus, very easy to understand, and the display is nice, I have the brightness set on 1 right now and I can read the display clearly. The battery is awesome, I still haven't used it up yet, playing it here and there for 2 days, not even one bar gone ! Plays music very well, however I do recommend getting some replacement earbuds, personally the included earbuds hurt my ears, as they are not silicone, but plastic, and "ok" sound quality, but that's just me. I did have some trouble with videos, it's picky on what formats it will play. MPEG-4 works great, anyone who is having trouble with programs to convert from flash format, or whatever format, I would suggest searching for a converter they are usually free, just be careful of spyware etc. Or try Xilisoft, great program, That's it, great player for the money, just wish I would of got the 4 GB version.

I have owned this product for the past 3 weeks and all I have to say is WOW. I have had 3 I-Pods the past few years and this little power house completely blows them out of the water. It’s so easy to maneuver and add songs that you won’t even have to look at the booklet it comes with. The sound quality is excellent, the radio feature is crystal clear, you can add pictures/videos, its light weight but very durable. Besides the great price tag the best quality is the battery life…Its lasts 33 hours on ONE charge..I havent charged it in 5 days. I couldn’t even get 5 to 8 hours out of my nano. If your reading this and you are thinking of getting one...get it you won't be sorry. I will never get a I Pod again...Sony is where its at.

My only problem with this product is the shuffle mode, it will shuffle in the middle of songs(songs with pauses or samples mainly). This doesn't take away from this player everything that I have used(mainly the mp3 player) works great. It is super easy to transfer music to and to take music off it.
You just can't beat it for the money.
