I have white vinyl flooring that is hard to clean because of the grooves in the flooring. This machine did a remarkable job. My floors look brand new. I would recommend this if you want clean floors.

after reading poor reviews on the shark floor steamer i decided to go with bissell. it's very quiet, quite light and removed any spots i had on ceramic tile floor. i used the distilled water and did not have to refill the tank even though i have a large kitchen, livingroom and 2 hallways. the floor did take a few minutes to dry but not as long as when using a sponge mop. the cord could be a bit longer, i did have to change to different outlets, but as i said my rooms are quite large. cords are never long enough to suit me on any floor cleaners. i did notice a couple streaks the first time i used it, but i think they are left overs from the previous floor cleaner i used. good product.

This product met my expectations and more. I have a friend that bought a similar item, the H2O mop. This item is much superior to that one, it does a real good job on my ceramic floors and vinyl bathroom floor also.

I had been using the Swiffer Wet Jet for some time and found that my white socks were still getting dirty. I've used the steam mop twice so far and it has taken up a lot of dirt. I use it on ceramic tile. It does not reach the edges against the wall. The slower you go, the better it cleans. I wish the cord were longer. I rinse the pad as it gets dirty, then switch halfway through the job.

This product is all that it promises - a super-clean floor (I have ceramic tile) with very little "grunt " work. I highly recommend it. With a little practice, you can avoid spraying too much steam on the floor, thus having to wipe up the residue. It also does a great job on the grout lines.

I have borrowed my sister's steam mop for years and finally got around to buying my own. I love this mop: easy to use, quick clean up, no chemicals and does a pretty good job at getting the dirt up. If I had to make a complaint, I would say that the steam seems to make a funny smell. At first I thought it was because my sister's machine is older, but my new mop also produces the same smell. I am using tap water, but am going to try distilled water, hopefully that will take care of the issue.

I ordered this steam mop a little more than a week ago and in a timely manner I recieved it today. it came in three pieces and two screws,assembly is a snap! It's a nice design and very easy to understand and use. I am in a wheelchair and using this is ALOT easier to use than the ol' mop & bucket. Water seem's to stick around for a few seconds after,probably my fault for not letting heat up enough. here is no on/off switch. Came with two pads. Great product from what I see. I think I did my reesearch and this is the cheapest steam mop Wal-Mart has but the most highly rated and best value. Cord is a nice 19 ft long I think and Bissel is supposed to be a great brand. I highly recommend this product!

I love how clean this leaves my floors. I recomend this for familys and pet owners. It leaves more water on the floor than expected though. I just remove the pad, rinse, and reuse. It is still better than moping or scrubbing on you hands and knees.

So far, I've only used this product a few times, but I am amazed at how much easier it has made my life. I have approx. 500 sq feet of tile to clean, and I can now do it, quietly, with no chemicals, no smell and with quick drying time -- total time about 15 minutes. I haven't used it much, but the only sort of 'bad' thing is that the cord is a little on the short side, problem solved just add an extension cord. It's got some weight to it so you don't have to push so hard to get tough spots up off of the floor. I highly recommend this product. After owning it but a few weeks, I see no issues.

This mop is OK. I'd first seen it on the HSN channel, then went online to read reviews about it. Everyone really seemed to recommend this mop, so I bought it. My hard floors are wood laminate. Previously, I'd been using Swiffer pads, which left my floors very streaky with residue. I'd also tried ammonia & water, or vinegar, which also left streaks. My floors always looked dirty and dingy (I have three dogs and teenagers!). The Bissel Steam Mop really cleaned my floors well, and I was very pleased with the result. There was very little streaking, and no residue at all, since the mop uses only water and no cleaning agent. The mop was easy to put together, and easy to handle. Just plug it in, and it is ready to go in a matter of just a few seconds! I would say that on a scale of 1 - 10, I would rate this mop as a 9. Definitely much better results than with anything else I've tried!

The Bissell Steam Mop is great! The steam is ready to go within 2 minutes of plug in. My floors stay cleaner longer than with the old wet mop/dry mop method. The only drawback is the length of the cord; it would be a big "plus" if it were longer. I surmounted this problem by plugging the unit into an extension cord.

I had high expectations for the Bissel Steam Cleaner and it met all of them. I read through most of the reviews and was glad that I picked the Bissel. I loved the microfiber pads! The water tank didn't run dry to quickly. It was different plugging and unplugging while mopping especially with the floor still a little wet, but nothing I won't be able to adjust. I have 400 sq. feet of ceramic tile and 480 sq. feet of hardwood. I only had to fill the water tank twice, and the floors look fantastic. It is easy to operate and slim enough to fit in all corners. I LOVE MY BISSEL!
