Graco - Ashleigh 4-in-1 Convertible Crib, Cherry

the crib took only about an hour to put together and look great!! it had a few scratches on it but the directions were easy to follow and i probably could have putten it together by myself. for the price you cant beat the quality!!

My Husband & I purchased this crib for our first child due in April 2010. We put the crib together and thought everything is perfect until we started looking at the dropside railing. Maybe we are dumb, but the drop side rail will not stay up! The moment we touch it or shake it, it falls. The only way that we can get it to stay up is to pull it up, then reach under the bottom of the railing and pull it out, towards you, to latch. That is a pain in the butt if you have to do that everytime you want to pull the railing up! Definitely not "One Hand Use" as the product description states. Maybe someone with more experience can give us some advice.

Great buy! Great-looking crib! Easy to put together (I did it myself)! Very sturdy and safe! I would recommend buying this crib to anyone who is looking for something less expensive but doesn't want to sacrifice quality and safety.

To start I purchased this crib to replace a crib I had that was recalled this month and I was worried I wasnt going to find a crib I liked as much, but to my surprise I like this one a lot more.

First props to Walmart, I ordered this crib December 21st 2009 at 11:30 pm with standard shipping which I wasnt expecting it to arrive until January 5th 2010.. The product was shipped and I received it December 23rd 2009 at 5pm. I was elighted seeing as Im due in 10 weeks and was disapointed at the set back of having to wait on another crib to arrive and be set up..

The Next thing I noticed after I got the box into the house and opened it up was that everything was very nicely packaged and protected and even the hardware came in a very nicely orginized and clearly labeled package. After getting everything into the babys new room I got to work on putting it together ((after carefully reading the whole instruction booklet.. which If you do this you will relise that every peice is clearly labeled and easily Identified)) I was expecting like most the reviews said a two hour job and was thrilled that while my other two children napped I was able to assemble this Product in just 45 mins on my own. The drop side was even easy to assemble and get in to place.

After assembly I was able to stand back and look at the crib ((photo Inclosed although the room isnt very well lighted at that moment and I took it on my phone)) The crib looks like I payed a lot more than 125.00 for it, and is very sturdy.

I think this piece made a lovely addition to my nursury as well as my home, and the craftsmenship is wonderful I would definetly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a big bang for there dollar and a piece that will make any nursury look great!

We are very happy with this crib and as I said in the title....I can't beleive it was less than $150.00! The only thing that would make it better to me cosmetically would be plugs to cover the screw holes in the legs. No big deal anyway, just a matter of opinion and they would probably end up being a choking hazard anyway. Our daughter is expecting next month and she absolutely loves it. We can't wait for our little angel to arrive!!

i recived this crib today when i open the box it looked realy good but then it was missing instructions and hardware i called walmart.com they told me they can ship me another on in 7 days and have this one picked up but then i called graco directly the are shipping me the hardware in 7 to 10 working day... because now i have to wait 7 days to put it together

We decided to go w/this crib instead of the $800 one we were looking at from Stanley! We are so happy we went with this crib, it is all set up and ready for the baby and looks very quality. . . I am very happy and excited about our purchase instead of having buyers remorse over the other one!!! I think this crib will serve us well! And we will not feel as sick if there are any dents or damage in the future!

I got this crib before my baby was born. She is now 3 months old. We have used this crib for 3 months and it is very good. The crib is sturdy and mine did not scratch that easy. The adjustable rail moves smoothly. The design is beautiful and the color goes with the rest of my bedroom furniture. I got the Kolcraft mattress from walmart and it fits well after using the mattress pad and crib sheet. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I thought this crib was great, until I needed to lower the mattress. NIGHT.MARE!!! Nightmare. You have to loosen just about every screw on the crib to be able to remove the screws for the mattress platform. Once you lower the platform, you can only tighten the screws a 1/2 turn at a time because you are so close to the frame, that the allen wrench cannot fit in the tiny tiny space. I'm a small 4'11' mom, with very small hands and it was next to impossible to get in the tight space to tighten the screws. It took me over an HOUR to remove and screw FOUR screws back in. Well, and re-tighten the entire rest of the crib screws. Now I feel that it's not as tight, because every time you remove a screw and put it back in the same place, some stripping is going to occur. Now, also, logic tells you that you are going to need to lower the mattress when your child becomes mobile right? So now you are taking apart the ONE place they are safe and contained while you take an hour to do this. My suggestion: If you really want this crib, just start out with the mattress on the lowest setting. It will save your sanity. Yes, lowering your newborn down on the mattress may seem like a little bit of a pain, but it DOES have the dropside on it to make this a little easier. If you start out with it on the lowest setting, you are DONE with screwing/unscrewing any parts until you take the dropside off to convert it to the toddler bed.
