Goes together really easily. Both top and bottom rack spin. The pegs that you would balance the bottles or anything else on easily go on and off and can be arranged in any order. They also fit into the small drain bucket that you see in the picture and the little bucket hooks into the bottom of the rack in case you don't need to use it, even with the pegs inside it. On the bottom side of the rack is also a holder for the center support and both spinning racks can sit together to make the whole thing easy to store when not in use.

The best helper anyone can have. We sure put it through a good use and abuse-total over load at times. Hold all of my different sized bottles and everything for the breast pump, baby droppers, syringes and more. Love the fact that it spins for convenience. All of the water drips down and collects in a container which is easily removes. Love it and it is a must have if you're using bottles for your little one.

I am a first time mom, and I don't have a lot of counter space in my apartment. This drying rack is doesn't take up a lot of space, inexpensive, and easy to assemble. I use it for the bottles and also for the parts of the breast pump I have to wash. It spins, making it easy to find and put the pieces to together quickly.

When I purchased this product I expected more. It was made of cheap plastic thats flimsy and it doesn't spin properly. I've purchased over 30 baby products in preparation for my new child , and this is by far my least favorite. Then again, my expectations were too high, but it does it's job.
