the color is not white, it is a creamy color. We love it any way it goes better in our kitchen. It is very sturdy and very easy to assemble. Goes great with a cottage style kitchen. I gave it four stars because it isn't actually white like it is portrayed. We've had a lot of compliments and no one believes we got it from Wal Mart!

The table isnt stark white but it is a great buy! The detail on the table and chairs is nice plus good wood and paint! Totally recommend this product!
