I purchased this as a suprise "I Love You" gift for my hubby as he loves to grill out. He was suprised & thrilled to receive this. He used it last weekend for the first time & everything was wonderful. We give it two thumbs up and the the fonzie "EHHHH!!!" - we would definitely recommend.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my son after comparison shopping at other sites. He was impressed and absolutely loved it!! The utensils are heavy and useful. He especially liked the steak knives because they were very good quality. I had heard negative things about the plastic molded case, but so far it is holding up fine. I heard bad things about the aluminum cases of competitors too, so that was a 'wash'. All in all, I would recommend this product due to the quality and the affordable price.

I was surprised at how BIG the grill tools were, they were huge. But there was only 17 pieces I WAS MISSING A KNIFE, what in the world?

It's a cool set. But the case is cheap. Some pieces don't fit back in right and they fall out when closing the case. That's my only complaint. Other than that it was a good buy. Because this was my first grill so I needed all that stuff. And I bought it as a bundle 129 with kingsford 784sq inch Charcoal grill and I saved about $4 dollars even if I didn't want the set. The grill by itself was about $133-134.

Decent BBQ Toll Set for the Price

The utensils themselves are pretty well made from what appears to be pressed and rolled stainless steel. They aren't solid metal as they appear to be, but they seem pretty durable. The tongs are my least favorite tool to use as the shape of the tips make it difficult to pick things up. The case is very cheaply made and rarely keeps all the utensils in place - OPEN SLOWLY! Other than that, the set is your average, every-day oversized BBQ set. It has about everything you would need for a cookout.

I bought this BBQ tool set for my husband. Thank goodness it was not as a gift for someone else. Even before opening the case you see how cheap and fragile it is. The tools look great but we will have to put them somewhere else (like a tool bag) since the case is so fragile. I would have liked a quality case to be able to keep the accesories where they were supposed to go instead of having to look for each piece in a tool bag in order to use it. The quality of the case does not match at all the quality that the tools seem to have; we have not used them yet and I don't know if they will last long or not.
It is a shame that this set can't be kept in it's case! The manufacturer should make better cases and sell this kit in better-quality cases in addition to mailing a good quality case to the customers that have the cheap one!

Being a mother of two small children I usually buy things based on the good chance of them being destroyed in the long run. With that said, after reading reviews I figured that the case couldn't be that bad because my standards are not high. After receiving the package I was appalled by the low quality of the case. I can't tell if this is made of extremely cheap plastic or high quality cardboard. If you are buying for a good case DO NOT buy this product but if you are more about what is inside the case the actual tools are fantastic. The spatula is huge but not a problem for me. Also, the tools were all out of there pockets due to shipping but no damage was done and I was able to pop them back into their rightful places.

I read the reviews before I bought this set, and I was concerned about the case, but I decided to go ahead and purchase it for my husband. I am not disappointed, the utensils are great, strong, and sharp. The case is very much like one you would get if purchasing a socket set, but you can't find a full grill set of this quality without the case for this price. If you need to have an amazing case to store your utensils, I would keep looking, but the set itself is worth it.

This case is more like a case you would get from a tool set that you purchase for a toddler to play, not a real tool set. I purchased one of these for each of my son's birthdays, as they both are avid BBQ chefs. They were very pleased with the quality and weight of the tools. Needless to say, guess who was among the first to reap the delicious results of their first time using the utensils?

So this is my new fiance's birthday gift. He is an avid griller, every weekend that's what he likes to do! So I intended to get this gift and then have it engraved with his name on all the pieces. However, when it arrived, the set wasn't even closed properly, so I could feel that things were loose inside. I ended up taking it directly to the engraver (He's in the US Army and is stationed elsewhere so I have to mail it ASAP), we opened it up and all the pieces were dented and bent because they weren't even in their proper holder, they had all been floating around inside this case that doesn't even close!! I don't have time to get another one because it has to be mailed and I can't wait another 2 weeks for it to come into the store again. So, his well thought out gift is ruined thanks to the cheap plastic box the utensils come in. He'll love it and use it, but I shouldn't have to give him bent and dented grilling utensils.
