Brought this chair, because of it's weight cap. I weight 259lbs, chair said it was rated at 350lbs. It lasted from Dec.2010 till Feb 2012. The seat base is made of cheap & thin plywood. Where the base screws attach to the seat, the plywood busted. All I can add is think befor you buy this chair.

Great product, except for the broken handle that is for raising and lowering the chair was broken when I unpacked it from the carton. But because we needed it now I did not return it. We set the height of the chair for him and he was happy so We will live with it. But if anything else goes wrong there is a 6 year warranty.

Purchased this chair as a Christmas gift for my husband. This chair exceeds my expectations when it arrived. It is so sturdy and comfortable. More than enough room for my hubby, our 3 y/o toddler, and myself. It's so comfortable that my husband often sits in it instead of his leather recliner to watch tv and/or play PS3.
It was definitely worth every penny!!! It was the best deal when comparing other Big & Tall Chairs on other websites. The only problem that we have now is deciding who gets to sit in it next.

I am a plus size person, and I noticed chairs just don't fit right. This chair is wonderful. It doesn't cut your body off and you can sit in it for hours. Also, not to high for short people like me. Great chair. I just wish it wasn't as expensive. Would buy it again though.

The chair is very heavy as it needs to be for the rated load. Putting it together took some time. The bolt through the frame into the chair back was quite difficult to insert. It takes two people to manipulate the chair back and the wrap around arm/back piece both of which are quite heavy. Remember not to tighten all the other bolts until that one has been fastened.

The chair itself is heavy duty only the adjustable height control didn't hold up and the chair now has one level, the bottom. I admit I'm at the limit of the suggested weight limit at 350 lbs and thought it might hold up to constant use as I am disabled and sit 80% of the time.

Chair is well built but I have set in better with lower back support and overall better back contour. Example Hon. The main problem it won't stay up. I set it at it's highest heigt and it slowly goes all the way down. I will contact Walmart and see if they will put a new lift. It assembled easy. Wish it offered more colors. I have to give it a fair rating because I can't use it until I can get it to stay up. It would be a good value if it worked.

Chair comfortable can lean back. Have not tried to adjust it for leaning back easily. Up and down adjustment easy to do. Simple to put together - except for one part - the plate that holds the wheels has extra holes and screws but they do not match up. My thinking is that is for another chair set up and it is easier to put all the holes. If I needed it, would get another.

Bought this chair because it was stylish and large enough to sit comfortably in. Was real easy to put together and the site to store feature made so convienent for me. Couldn't be happier. Very comfortable and feel safer in it than I did in my older model. Would definitely recommend it for price and comfort to any larger people.

Most of the holes in the parts do not line up correctly. I actually had to use a pry bar to force some of th eparts to line so I could get the screws in place. That being said, it is a very comfortable chair and sof far I am happy with it.

I should have bought one of these long ago. It's a big comfortable sturdy chair that I expect to last a long time. It doesn't have a bunch of adjustments but what it does have is enough for me to make it comfortable. It's also a bit plain looking and that's just fine with me too.
I don't understand the difficulties that others had assembling the chair. I just followed the directions and I had it ready to go in about 15 minutes by myself.
I've already recommended it to several of my friends.

Could not assemble the chair because of mis-aligned screw hole in the back to hold the arm

Chair came with missing/wrong hardware after spending like a hr. unscrewing from under seat and trying to figure out why I could not assemble.
They offered to send out replacement pack which I refused and took back to store.Assembly would have been awkward even if screws matched up.
On a side note in the little bit of time parts were out of the box the microfiber was a magnet for pet hair.Stick to the faux leather if u have pets.

Good product, decent price, very comfortable chair. When assembling this chair DO NOT tighten anything before you have everything "loosely" connected. I was never able to get the bolt to the high back, to line up properly.
