I had back pain for 2 years but in 3 weeks I feel great and I would recommend this for anyone with back pain. My doctor recommended it. and I am glad he did. I am at 65 degrees for 20 minutes per day

have had back problems for 30+ years. have seen more doctors than I can remember.finally a chiropractor has helped me.was told an inversion table might also help.reviewed several tables on line,from several department stores.felt this one was the best overall for me. have used for 3 wks and i'm very satisfied with product which has helped with the various problems of my spine.received from walmart in less than a week,in excellent condition.love the product & love this walmart in dover.

This thing really seems to work very relaxing. It can be a little hard on the top of your feet for awhile till ya get used to it. Neck and back feel alot better. Makes your muscles a little sore first week or so says ta take it slow at first should of listened why start now ha ha.

It is a very sturdy product. Assembly was confusing in that the frame side covers were a bit small and did not install easily. I installed the heel pads in reverse which caused some discomfort. Finally determined the correct installation from the pictures and that corrected that problem. Inverting my body to 45 degrees for 10 minutes per day has improved my posture. It feels good to stand erect and straight after many years of being slump shouldered. I have used it for a month now and would not want to be without it.

I am a long time skeptic and didn't expect much from this table. My husbands doctor recommended it and so we said OK. My husband was glad there was some forewarning on putting it together from previous reviews and it was a little tricky, but once done, he swears by it. Anyway, it is helping him and soon maybe I will be brave and test it out. Ordering was easy and pick up date as promised.

I waited several weeks before reviewing this product because there are many sufferers of back pain out there and they don't need false hope for relief....this product has helped my pain and discomfort in the lower back & pain down the legs, I was on the verge of accepting that surgery was my only option, now I use this inversion table 2 times a day and the relief is immediate, it took several days to see relief in my daily activities ( relief lasting throughout my day) but it's the best thing I've found for relief, I'm no longer considering surgery that could leave me bent over & in worse shape than I'm in now, my problem is in L 4 & 5 pinching a nerve, I have been through therapy where they decompressed my spine, this inversion table seems to be doing the same thing, I would recommend this for anyone suffering with back pain!

The table was all i was hoping for ! it gave me great relief from my lower back pain. My husband also found that is helped him and he suffers from serious back problems. We hang twice a day and found we started to see results after too days. Direction to put the table together were terrible, what saved us were the photos.

The product is a good one - it seems to work out as described. My husband is using this for his back and his PT currently wants him to wait to use it further. However, it was not at all easy to assemble. The directions are not easy to follow and a few of the steps were impossible to complete. This required two people to put together and was still difficult. This would be very frustrating for someone who was using this for back problems!

This table is sturdy and was easy to put together. The picture on the front of the manual has the handle grips installed incorrectly, but the pictures and instructions inside show it correctly. It took several days longer to get here than it was supposed to, I think it was because of the floods...it shipped from Illinois. Have only had a chance to try it once, time will tell if it helps my back.

I love this table. I made my husband put it together before Christmas because I couldn't wait. I wasn't disappointed. I have started off slow and invert about 10 minutes at a time. My back feels great and my posture is starting to improve. I wanted one where my ankles wouldn't hurt so bought one that was more expensive. Walmart's price couldn't be beat and picked it up at my local store and no shipping charges. A very easy transaction. Would recommend to anyone.

This inversion table was easy to assemble and we started using it immediately. I noticed immediate improvement in my back and neck. My wife took a couple of days, but began noticing she could now stand several hours without her back hurting. It does work.
