Health Mark Thera-Trac Inversion Table

I received the box about a week after ordering. It was a little heavy and awkward getting it into the SUV due to it's slender rectangular shape. Once I got it home and opened it up, it only took about 30 minutes to assemble. It is very solid and comfortable to use. I did notice the height adjustment bar is about an inch off but thats not an issue. I recommend this product and am very happy with the purchase.

Happy with this product. Put together in appx 20 mins; very helpful to have a 2nd person available during this process; all tools included. Table is very stable for either my fiancee or myself. Ankle cuffs are not very comfortable, but I've been on 2 other different brand inversion tables with the same feeling; probably just me. Did a lot of browsing and this table is defintely worth the price! Used site-to-store shipping and had my table within 6 days of ordering! Enjoy and be sure to try fully inverted crunches once you are used to the table!

Not too hard to assemble, most parts were already together. Comfortable on ankles & feet (with shoes). Lightweight to move around. A bargain for the price.

this table was easy to assemble and easy to use. i really stress though that u need to take it slow and not try to overdo your workout or you'll be sore. i am 56 and out of shape so i never inverted for more than a minute or two for the first couple of weeks. you only need to invert slightly below horizontal to get the needed relief for your back. as you get used to inverting you can increase the amount of inversion and the amount of flexing that you do while inverted. it has helped my back and i'm proud that i bought this table.

This item was easily put together in about 30 minutes and is built very sturdy and works great.

I have had this inversion table for about 2 weeks, and I love it. My back pain has improved and I am sleeping better. The only thing that I would recommend is that if you are a first time user, make sure that you understand how to return to an upright position before you completely invert, or have someone around to help you. The table locks when you invert completely and it is NOT easy to return, I have to have my husband help me! But I do not get the same results if I only partially invert. Set-up was relatively easy, directions could have been better written, but we had it together in less than 30 minutes (much quicker than the 4 hours I read in other products reviewed). I have minor scoliosis and inversion seems to be the only way I get any relief!

It really does a lot to relieve back and neck pain. My only complaint is that it hurts the back of my ankle or achilles area. It doesn't seem to have enough padding so I can't use it daily as I had planned cause it makes my foot sore. I am trying to rig up something to correct the problem. Overall I am pleased with the product.

it went together in under a half hour. Could have built it sooner but read all the horror stories about taking an hour or more to build it so I actually read through the directions.

I love the feeling I get afterwards. It's a good de-stressor.

A friend bought one for over $400 (obviously not this model) from a local store and as far as I can tell they both work the same only mine seems a little steadier than his.
