our son really loves his thomas. It really functions well and can withstand any wear and tear. Fit for a 3 year old boy who is so curious that he would try to experiment this toy. But when you put battery on, it would still keep goin'.

We bought this for our son with the blue tracks last year when he was 2 and it all still works even with him crashing and throwing the train that is battery operated the tracks are getting stretched out from him pulling them apart and putting it together but it has lasted for a whole year and still going. Very good starter kit. This is the only toy he plays with everyday. We are buying him the Tidmouth sheds track this year with remote control we are very excited. Very good toy for train lovers.
