I purchased this in November of 2010 and it is now March 2011. After 3 months it makes its horrible loud humming sound and only stops when you pick it up. Plus the hose is to short so if you pull it to reach unders something it falls over on you.

The vacuum worked very well for 6 months, then decided it wanted to ball up the hair and dust, and spit it out. I believe it is probably clogged, but who should be unclogging a vacuum every week? This is not a good product, especially if you have pets.

I have used Bissell vacs before, no problem. This one is not so good, the handle kept falling out of slot, and didn't pick up like I thought it would. Very disappointed.

I clean houses for a living & was looking for something that wasn't to expensive & heavy to lug around. So I purchased this one cause it is light weight and had the attachments I was looking for. It worked great for about 8 months no problems. then I noticed that the wheels wouldn’t turn anymore & it wasn't picking up the dirt as good as it was when I first bought it. I cleaned all the filters & the hose, thinking maybe something was clogged & even that didn't help. Guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this product to anyone !!!

I bought this on black friday from walmart online i used it for few days once a week its starts tooo much noise.This is with one year warranty but not useful for me I'm going to trash that.i did lota care during use its still looks new but i can't fix noise even now its broke its belt as well.

This vacuum worked good for a few months, but like that one review said you got to keep cleanin hair out of it. It kept gettin clogged with dog hair. Now it makes some horrible noise when I vacuum. When I shampoo my carpets right after I vacuumed, I see dog hair balled up on the floor. So now I am shopping for a new one. I rather not ruin my shampooer. This vacuum is useless.

I bought this as I was looking for lightweight vacuum cleaner and we had used Bissel before but unfortunately I am very disappointed with this machine, it worked fine for the 3 times and when we emptied it and tried to clean it was blowing off the dust all over the place!! did not even last couple of weeks..I would not recommend this to anyone!

i bought this vaccum about 2 months ago. It worked great until u have to empty it. Then it doesn't fit back together right. So when u vaccum it spreads the dirt instead of picking it up.

I bought this vacuum - I knew it was going to be cheap but hoping not too cheap :/ It sucks up OK, but whenever I'm vacuuming this huge stream of air is shooting up at me. I don't know where it's coming from. Also, when you put on the brush extention, it doesn't suck up at all!! Ugh!!
But all in all, at least I have a semi-working vacuum cleaner.

I'm not one for returning items if I really don't like it. I tend to just live with it. But this one has to go back to Wal Mart. It's the noisest vac I've had. It scares the dogs to death. I've never had a vac do that. It did pick up good. But the roller does not shut off when you use the attachments either. Our WalMart does not have these displayed well. You can not get them off the shelf to really look at them or see their features. After looking at vac reviews online, I'm off to return this and try to find a Eureka Optima Pet Lover Bagless.

I was very happy when I first purchased the sweeper for about 2 weeks; then it stopped working due to clogging; I dug out debris and it worked for a day or so; then clogged again. I returned it to Walmart for an exchange; no problem. I am in the process of returning this one for the same reason.

don't waste your money i purchased 2 with in a year and both have the same issue you need to take them appart to clean i mean bottom off and then the hose from inside to clean...vacum works good at first then it looses it suction and will not pick up anything it will blow dust all over and bissell will not do anything to replace or fix it

I bought this as a small vacuum to use for quick clean ups to save the bags on my regular vacuum as they are quite expensive and small. We have two dogs, one that sheds. I put this together and used it and I wondered if my other more expensive one was really working that well! It works so well I barely use my other one at all now. Great vac for the price.
