This is a safe and fun toy for toddlers. Other rocking horses are too tall and a bit dangerous, but we got this for our son when he was 15 months and he has enjoyed riding it and I haven't had to worry about him. Sometimes he does stand on it and try to rock, but that's bound to happen with curious toddlers. He even uses the little storage part in the back, which I thought was a bit skimpy but seems to be very adequate. Great purchase!

I received this as a pressent for my daughters first birthday. Its a great quiet toy, the only noise coming from the ears. My daughter loves sitting on it and rocking around the house. Ended up buying one for a friend's sons first birthday. great toy and perfect size for a 1 year old.

This product is easy to put together and my kids love it. I bought it for my 6mth old so she can use it when shes older. My 3 year old saw the box and begged me to let him play with the giraffe, so I assembled it and know both my 3 and 4 year old like it very much. It is lightweight but sturdy and rocks great.

I bought this for my four month old. I know it's for 12 months and up but he could sit and stand on his own by four months. He loves it and plays with it everyday. I have to watch him still cause he doesn't like to hold on but whether it be by himself or with me rocking him he laughs and goes crazy on it. Totally worth the buy.

This Giraffe is wonderful! I ordered Site-to-Store and was very pleased with what I received. My daughter is 17 months old with mild Developmental Delay. She just started walking a month ago. She needs help getting on, but easily rocks back and forth herself, and easily gets off by gently sliding to one side. I highly recommend this for gross motor development as well as being a great toy to teach Cause and Effect! My four year old son wanted a turn, too, so I can imagine it will be appealing for quite some time!

She loves it, it's something simple that she can master at a young age. Can get off and on easy. They can sit on it backwards also, which makes it nice. Won't tip over. Has a small "cubbie" in the bottom on the back end.
