I can't believe there were any good reviews for this, they must all be Storkcraft employees or affiliates! The instructions are poorly illustrated and lacking details. The pieces don't line up properly and are not labled, I had to take the cabinet apart three times before I finally figured out where the pieces were supposed to fit. It has more pieces than the 4-in-1 crib we bought (Carter), which took less than an hour to assemble! Most of the wood is cheap particle board that splits in half when you put the screws in, the rails on the drawers don't line up and if don't get the placement exactly right the first time you can't move the rails but once or the cheap particle board splits all the way up. Do yourselves a favor, spend a little more money and buy a Carter or some other higher-quality brand cause you'll just have to end up buying another dresser anyways!

I finally got around to writing a review. This is a beautiful piece of furniture and good value for the money. It's going on 5 years and it is still holding up and looks great. The drawers do not fall off when I pull them all the way out. Sturdy and would definitely purchase again. I bought the hutch to accompany the dresser which is a great addition for extra storage.

It's never fun to put furniture together but compared to other products I've assembled over the years this one went pretty smoothly. I bought this for my grandchild and my son and I assembled this in a bout an hour. It matched the bed I bought from another store and the color was dead on. I couldn't be happier with it. All the drawers lined up perfectly and doesn't look prefab like sometimes this type of furniture does.

This did take quite some time to put together... I would recommend laying it all out and getting a feel for where each piece goes. Some of the screws/shelf holders look different than pictured. Some of the screws felt like the holes were stripped and not "grabbing in". We still are having a tough tough time getting the door on right. BUT it is beautiful, feels sturdy, and is cheapest one like this.

Cracks and missing screws, but good value

The quality is poor, but the cost relative to comparable products is good. If you're 'lucky' like us and cracked panels are on the back and bottom, and if you have a very handy person available to decipher the instructions and assemble this, it looks great as a finished product!

there was a scratch right on the front door and it was clear that they just tried to paint over it. one of the drawers was spit. the screws for the door knobs didn't fit the holes in the knobs! How did this piece of furniture pass quality control? I knew for the price that it would be made out of press board, but I would expect no blemishes on the front and that the knobs should fit the screws that they sent.

Decent dresser for price

My husband put it together and after reading the reviews I was terrified it would take him forever but actually took him around an hour. It looks good and is pretty sturdy! The partical board for the backing is cheap, but its the back and you really cant see it anyways. There is one part that did split on the front but wasnt too noticable. For the most part it is a good dresser for the price. Most of the others are not going to be as heavy and sturdy or going to cost you 3 times the cost of this one. We havent had our little one yet to put it to use but I am sure we will get lots of use out of it soon!

We are expecting our first baby and bought this changing table/dresser for his room!! It wasn't too bad putting it together which I thought it was going to be after reading all the reviews. It's beautiful and looks even better in person! The only problem we had is we were missing two screws in the order so we contacted stork craft to have those sent to us. It's a great buy and can't beat the price!!

My husband, who assembled this piece, made me promise that I would review it here. It is a piece of junk, and unfortunately, it looks it. The assembly directions were incorrect and didn't remotely match the parts. The particle board split several times from screwing. It just looks cheap.

We bought this dresser for our sons nursery. It looked great online. It is awful. Poor quality. Each piece of fake wood is a different color. We tried moving it and the bottom broke. Unfixable. It scratches easily. Don't waste your money on this piece if junk. We bought the matching dresser too. Samething.

I should have listen to the reviews but I took my chances. I ordered this unit and it arrived way before expected,which is a good thing however putting it together was a total nightmare! I had to call the missing parts number twice because the instruction and the product came from two diffrents places some parts where already attached to each other. A lot of the pieces were scratched and cracked, it was packaged pretty good so Im sure it was shipped from the manufacture that way. A lot of the pieces didn't line up correctly just a horrible experience in all.

The drawers wont even open more than a third of the way. They are very shallow and hardly fit anything. Some of the pieces didn't fit well and as we screwed them in the screws came through the other side. Color was good. Works well as changing station. I like the tall cupboard. Its great for diapers and blankets

Pros: If you put it together right it is solid and looks great. It weighs over 100 pounds empty so chances of it tipping over are extremely slim but does come with a wall anchor kit that can be used to keep it from tipping. Does not have that cheap "put it together yourself" look like most DIY furniture.
Cons: Takes about 2 hours to put together. Parts in instructions do not match parts in kit. Missing parts.
The dresser comes in about 40 pieces and none are labeled so take a little extra time to match the parts up with the illustrations in the instructions. Some of the parts do not match the instructions like the hinges and the shelf holders so a little common sense is needed when putting it together. My kit was missing wood pegs - parts list shows quantity 14 of them I had only 10 and you do need 14 total. All in all I think it is worth the price tag.

I was really impressed with this once my husband got it together but it took a LONG time and he got irritated different times throughout the process. We also noticed some things were not lining up correctly either which made it hard to put together. Once it was though it looked great and we really liked how it had some real wood to it so it wasnt cheap and brittle looking.

Great changing table/dresser!! It does take about 2 hours to put together. If you follow the directions carefully there are no problems! Very sturdy and good quality! The drawers roll in and out on wheels and have a descent amount of space for your little ones clothes. You won't regret this buy!!

Great Dresser-Changing Table

I absolutely love this dresser, currently using it has a changing table with a Serta Nightstar Three Sided Contour Changing Pad that fits perfectly.
It is long to build (took me and boyfriend 3 hours) but if you do follow each steps carefully and do not jump any, the result is a stunning, quality and sturdy dresser.
Only con would be the drawers are not as big as expected but I can easily fit everything I need in there and still have some left over space.
They provided us with 6 little extra pieces of thin wood im guessing is to put in the back of the dresser since the back part is lower so clothing dont fall in the bottom drawer , which is a quick and easy solution.
Overall, I love it !

I just finished putting this thing together and the reviews are right, it takes FOREVER. I bought the combo with the hutch and contoured changing pads do not fit it. There's slightly less than 30 inches space for a pad. (A standard pad is 32"# I think it looks beautiful though, and after all of that work I'm determined to make a custom size pad for it #and then pad covers#. There's 4 visible bolts on the hutch and alot of particle board. But overall, it's less than half of what I paid for my first baby's changing table and hutch so it's pretty nice for the money.

It did take about 2 hours to put together and nothing was labeled. Eveeything looked good until we went to put in the drawers. They don't fit right and the screws on the tracks were too far out so the drawers wouldn't close. And be careful it does scratch easily. It's a great size for what we wanted and matches our crib.
