Except for the fact that 2 screws were missing, the trike was easy to assenble. It was a birthday gift for our 5 year old grandson and it brought many smiles from him as he rode around on it.

We bought this to replace a big wheel for my boys, ages 5 and 7. They noted that the turning radius is not as wide as a big wheel, but it is easier to pedal because the wheels are more substantial. We liked the flag to be noticed in the driveway, but it is too heavy for the screws which hold it, so it is broken. Our neighbors has done the same. Other than that, good product.

I browsed online to look at all the types of big wheels out there and finally decided on this one. A lot of places didn't have them in stock until later in June, so I was happy that I could get one right away at WalMart. The one drawback is that the seat back is a little too low and when my grandson leans back to get leverage to go faster, it hurts his back a little. (But it probably bothers me more than him)! A solid riding toy that fits a 3 yr old perfect with room to grow. BTW....the flag was a huge hit!

big wheel appears to be well made. metal handlebars are a nice touch. 3 year old feet barely reach the pedals, but bike is meant for 4 and up. only real gripe is the price so far. expensive for a young child's bike. hope it lasts. design is nice; it will be noticed from around the block!! read many reviews of the other current version of the original non-radio flyer big wheel which were very poor; avoid that cheap one.

I was very excited to be giving my Grandson his very first Big Wheel for his birthday ( Like his Dad & his brother had received from me 30 years ago ! ) However, their product today is NOT what it originally had been. The quality of the current version of the beloved Big Wheel can best descibed as now having shoddy workmanship & components, cheapened & missing parts, etc. I was really discouraged until I went online and saw the great reviews for the Radio Flyer Big Wheel Flyer Trike. It has lived up to the reviews and more. It is such a great, cool-looking Big Wheel that we could not even get my Grandson off of it to open the rest of his birthday presents !! It was so good-looking that I actually believe I saw a twinge of envy in my son's eyes as his son rode his new Big Wheel !

We purchased this item for our 2 and 4 year old children. So far, they have enjoyed it and it has held up well. We decided to go with this brand opposed to the 'Big Wheel' brand because of reviews on how the 'Big Wheel' pedals fell off and that it wasn't made like it to be. We are glad that we spent the extra money and went with a product that hopefully lasts.

Great big wheel 10,000 times better than "the original big wheels" they're trying to sell at other places. very easy to assemble with clear instructions. my daughter loves it. on flat ground she zips around pretty fast and has already learned how to spin out. super fun on hills, i have a few good hills at a local park and my daughter loves it. the only real draw back is that you have to push it back up the hill (wheels slip on inclines). this thing is built to last, it's strong enough to support my weight going down the hills (i weigh 190lbs). i wish it came in pink also but red is fine. the flag and the chrome bars are very nice extras. i would recommend it for 4 years and above but i guess if your three year old is VERY big they might be able to ride it. Get it you won't regret it!!!

My son received the "other" big wheel for his 4th birthday and it was NOT the toy of yester-year. So, we returned it and decided to go with a brand we KNOW will stand up to it's name...Radio Flyer. No issues with parts, no issues with quality. As with his other Radio Flyer toys, these will last a long time and we are VERY satisfied! I HIGHLY recommend this toy to anyone!
