The chair is byno means "fancy!" I ordered it to put in my bedroom and when I got it, it just wasn't what I wanted to look at everyday/night in my bedroom. I can't say there was anything majorly wrong with it, just not the look I was going for I guess. The massage feature, or vibrating feature really, was nice but like a few others I thought it was a bit loud and the ottoman even rattled a bit. For the money you can't really complain, I just wan't 100% sold on it to keep for myself. It was easy to put together.

The chair was delivered right on time for a very reasonable delivery charge. It was a bit of a pain to assemble but not too bad. It looks great and matches my sofa perfectly as I had hoped. The massage options are numerous and very nice. It is a bit firm for just sitting but I like that. It's a great size for my apartment, not too big. My only complaint is that the wood grain look of the bottom, while looking very nice and matching my sofa legs, is actually a very cheap and delicate coating. It does come very well protected wrapped in foam though. Overall for the look, feel, massage utility and price, it is well worth the price.

The chair is very comfortable to sit in. The massage is very nice and I use it about two hours a night. The heat is nice on the back. The only downside, is the recliner is hard to get adjustable to a comfortable position. But over all I am very happy with the chair. The assemble was easy as it comes mostly in one piece.

This chair will give you a very relaxing vibrating message. It has an unbelieable number of settings and different modes that you can chose from. The only thing that I don"t like is the reclining adjustment. It is very hard to get it to stay where you want it to. It is also a little noisey for you when you are in it. You have to turn the TV volume up.

The assembly was easy. One knob did not attach but not really needed. Had to tighten the screws a few times. The vibration is noticeable only in two of the four areas.
The seat cushion is loose and baggy.

The only reason I didnt score this chair higher is because when it was delievered by UPS I thought they had made a mistake. The box seemed way to small for a chair and ottoman to fit in. Well I opend it and there were many parts all tucked around eachother. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes to assemble. ONCE TOGETHER it is an EXCELLENT chair. THe massage is very powerful and the heat is great. Well worth it if your handy.

The messager works great, the chair is comforable and easy to get in and out of. Downside-I am heavy and the seat part of chair could have been just a bit wide. It was too hard for me to put together but easy for my husband. One other flaw is the way you make the back of chair recline is by turning knobs-it's awful but I just leave it at my range and keep everyone in my house off it.

I bought this chair because of a bad back. Besides the vibration and heat, the chair is firm and shaped well to support your back. The fabric and color are very very nice. I wouldn't call this a comfy living room chair but definetely useful for therapy. It's large enough for the average person but would not work well for a large man. I think the weight limit is 250 lbs and they advise against sitting on the foot stool. Assembly was okay except for the foot stool. The bolts they gave were wrong and I will have to go to the hardware store and buy the right ones. But for a couple hundred bucks, the chair is well worth it.

Love the chairs I bought! I have read reviews online about how difficult it was to put together before my purchase RE no instructions, Hello common sence had both of mine put together in no time at all. The heat gets plenty warm for you folks back east. I've had my Mom here for a visit and she works for a "major" massage chair company and she was impressed on the quality and price. Common how long do people keep there lazy boys, Ijoys, human touch's or sofas for that matter these days? No longer sofa and love seat in my livingroom! Just my chairs from now on! Chad

Delivery took only 3 days site to store delivery! Was impressed as to the quality of the wood in the bases - all wrapped in bubble wrap. Chair has nice clean lines, not bulky like many recliners. Like other reviewers, agree that the instructions are not very clear. When checking to make sure I had all the hardware before starting to put together, I thought I was missing parts. Realized that the pieces that I thought were missing were part of the ottoman that was already put together. The chair is comfortable - wish that there was a way to control the heat - it is either on or off. Would still recommend to anyone.

This is a very good combination of chair and ottoman, with the added features of heat and vibration which makes them very comfortable and relaxing. There are different modes and intensities so it is very adjustable as well.
The only problems I had was in the delay in shipment, and the difficulty in following the very brief directions in putting the chair and ottoman together.
Overall--a very good buy, though.

This chair has 4 "areas" that vibrate (one is the foot stool). With the remote, a person can have up to 10 programs combinations of vibrating. The woman who uses this chair likes the sensory feeling of it, she mentally challenged and is sensitive to vibrations, and she loves this chair.

I just got this chair a few days ago. We are very happy with it. Assembly was not bad at all, except I had a hard time getting the arm rests on. The chair was packaged nicely and had no damage. I got the tan color and it looks just like the picture. Its a nice nuetral color. The dark wood stain on the base gives it a more upscale look. I think the massage feature is just right, because if it had rollers in it, it wouldn't be comfortable for just sitting in. The heat is great, but is only in the lumbar region. We looked all over for traditional recliners, but found them to be too big and bulky and not very nice looking. This chair fits very nicely into our home and is nice looking. I like that the tension wheels can set the reclining position so that the back is not always going back and forth like in a traditional recliner. It's a little expensive, but over all a very good chair that my daughter, who recently had surgery, just loves using.
