Easy assembly. All parts well labeled. Good instructions. Swivels on its base (not in product details). Reclines back further than expected. Very stable. Massage intensity 1-5 with 1 = gentle & 5 = "vigorous." Optional Ottoman massage via springy cable connected to chair was also not expected but is a good feature. Recommend spraying with 2 coats of Scotch Guard B4 use.

We never used a massager before. It was a very great surprise. Being elders, we have found it to be an assist. to our aches and pains. The covering is a pleasant addition to our home. The price was a nice surprise, is really more than we expected. All in all, Walmart "done good". Wish groceries were an internet product. I have talked to your Manager about this.

this was very easy for my husband and i to put together. i have trouble sleeping all night long and so i use this product when i get home from work for 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes before i go to bed, i have been sleeping all night since i got the chair. the only thing i wish was that is was more comfortable, i use this as my chair in the living room to watch tv and it needs more padding but other than that i would recommend this product.

the arms did not fit, the base appears poor quality and I do not expect it to hold up. the material will suprise me if it last more than a year, but for the price it is useable. I would prefer to have been able to get the real leather covering that had at one time been available on Sam's Club's web site.

The bolts that connect the armrest did not line up with the built in nut. One tension arm wouldn't go in, the chair is hard and it makes a lot of noise when the messager is on.

Although it was a bit difficult to assemble it fit right in with my decor. I would not recomment this chair for people who are couch potatoes the seat is not soft it's firm. The heat is great on my lower back, but the vibration is too loud. Overall I'm happy with the chair, just wish it was a little softer on the rear.

The reclining massager was easy to put together and operates as advertised. It's very light and easy to move, perhaps too easy since it shifts when getting in or out of it. The cushions are a bit too firm, but maybe they will relax over time. The massage features work well as does the heating unit. It's a good chair to watch TV in, but not a good recliner for long naps.

my parents bought me this chair for our baby's room. I love it b/c it has heat and massage...while I am up with the baby, I might as well be pampered too! The chair is very comfortable, even if you are not using the heat/massage features. When we no longer need it in the baby room, we are going to move it to our family room. I would recommend this chair to anyone who wants a comfy chair at a not uncomfy price. P.S. Now my mom is buying one for herself!!

Overall: 4.3 stars Chair: Perfect incline! Comfy chair. Not too hard and not too soft. Smooth microsuede material. Cleaning will be a problem though. Massage: Not Homedics. Chair & ottoman only vibrate rather than massage. Decent control over what parts is worked on. Heat: Good feature. Warms up in less than 1 minute Assembly: Easy but don't get too bogged down with the instructions because pictures are so-so and screw parts are often mislabled Price: Priced at $100 is a steal
