Godzilla Unleashed for the Wii is the latest game in the Godzilla video game series.
I like that there is a large selection of playable monsters to choose from. Some even make their first appearance as playable monsters and others appear exclusively on the Wii version of Godzilla Unleashed.
Each monster has their own attributes that give them their advantages and disadvantages in a battle.
All the monsters are divided up into four different factions: Global Defense Force, Earth Defenders, Mutants and Aliens.
The story is different for each of the four factions and how you play in each battle will determine if the other factions will consider you their enemy or even if your ally monsters will consider a enemy.
The controls are a little different from other Wii games but training lessons are provided for each monster so you can get used to each of their unique abilities.
There are quite of number of unlockables, which include a few monsters and these you can get by means of point system that is available in story mode.
The only thing I wished I knew before I bought this game is that there are two minor profanity words that are said. The more noticeable one is said a handful of times toward the end of the story by one character.
But overall I think that this game is the best Godzilla game to date.
This game does require using the Nunchuck and the Wii remote.
But Godzilla Unleashed is a game that will add to any Godzilla fan's game collection.
